Clinical Research Of New Research Program On Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation By Acupotomy Through Releasing Jiaji Point On Waist

Objective:Scientific evaluate the clinical effect of treating lumbar disc herniation byacupotomy through releasing Jiaji point on waist. Practices and effective prevention andtreatment program,and easy to promote the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Preventionand treatment programs,and easy to promote the treatment of lumbar discherniation.Provided new ideas and methods widely used Chinese medicine acupunctureand Hua Tuo Jiaji point.Methods: Under the guidance of the the theory of Jiaji Points, Adopted by randomand antithetical method,We divided100cases into two groups randomly,the therapygroup(releasing jiaji points by acupotomy) and the control group(acupuncture jiajipoints),The contrast between the two groups in pain intensity and JOA score differencesbefore and after treatment,the scientific evaluation of the clinical effect of the experimentalgroup.Results: This study included100cases of lumbar disc herniation case.①in the VASscore,the PPI score aspects of the two groups after treatment and before treatment wassignificantly relieve pain;in the therapy group after treatment compared with controlratings,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that needle knifefolder ridge points to better pain relief.②According to the transcript of the JOA lumbardisorders treatment and rate of improvement results,the therapy group and the controlgroup scores,the difference was ststistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the Jiajineedle-knife up to the lateral recess to better to relieve symptom,the effect is morepronounced.③After treatment,As for therapy group,12cases were cured,19case wereexcellent,15cases showed improvement,while4cases showed no effect,therefore,theeffective rate was92%,the curative rate was62%.As for control group,7cases werecured,13cases showed improvement,22case were excellent,while8cases showed no effect and the effective rate was84%, the curative rate was40%.the two groups wascompared by analysis, the effective rate was no significant difference (P>0.05); thecurative rate difference was significant(P<0.05);The therapy group had better curative ratethan the control group.Conclusion: Needle knife Jiaji treatment of lumbar disc herniation significantly,safeand reliable,is an ideal treatment.In this study,the clinical efficacy of lumbar function of thetherapy group improve more significantly than the control group; treating lumbar discherniation by acupotomy through releasing Jiaji point on waist,can play to relieve nerveroot compression and the elimination of nerve root inflammation,immune regulation,adjustthe lumbar muscle tension,correct lumbar facet joint disorders,to increase the stability ofthe spine,and improve local microcirculation in the promote protrusion natural absorptionof therapeutic effect,with a simple and practical,worthy of promotion.
