| Objective: To the observed huoxuehuayudecoction joint catgut embedding treatmentthe chloasma of clinical efficacy, and its impact on serum levels of sex hormones, toexplore an effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of chloasma.Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups,30patients in eachtreatment group, the control group. The treatment groups: huoxuehuayudecoction, jointcatgut embedding catgut implantation1(2weeks). Chinese Medicine fried about600mlminutes early, half an hour after dinner, warm clothes. Control group: thehuoxuehuayudecoction same usage. Patients were two weeks a course of six courses, andin the treatment and medication two weeks, four weeks, six weeks, eight weeks,10weeks,12week each to do once Efficacy mainly observed lesions parts, colors, and othersymptoms and adverse reactions. Records of patients with newly diagnosed and12weekend FSH, LH, E2level.Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was90.00%, and70.00%inthe control group, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Lesions total score before and after treatment were significantly decreased comparedbefore and after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Thedecline in the total score of the two groups before and after treatment the difference, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, serum estradiol (E2),luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) significantly reduced aftertreatment, the difference was significant significance (P <0.05).Conclusion: the Huoxuehuayudecoction joint catgut embedding treatment of chloasma has a good effect, can significantly improve the chloasma clinical symptoms, andthe ability to adjust the E2, FSH, LH level. |
