The Clinical Research Of Jieyu Particle In Treatment Of Unstable Angina Patients With Depression Status

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Jieyu particles for the treatment ofunstable angina with depressive state.Methods:60unstable angina patients with depressionwere randomized into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30).All patients weregiven conventional anti-platelet aggregation, anticoagulation,nitrates,statins,β-blockerdrugs;Medication ineffective angina patients or high-risk group of unstable angina patientswere given the further treatment of PCI.Control group added to take Deanxit orally,once aday at morning.The treatment group added to take Jieyu particles orally,1dose daily.Thetreatment lasted four weeks,to observe the symptom scores of TCM,ECG changes,anginapectoris therapeutic effect and HAMD score changes.Results:The two groups showed thesimilar significant efficacy at the result of Angina pectoris,ECG changes and HAMD scorechanges（p>0.05）.The TCM symptoms efficacy of treatment group were similar betterthan that in control group， but the difference was statistically meaningless（p>0.05）.Conclusion:Jieyu particle had a significant efficacy in treatment of unstableangina patients with depression, and no side effects compared with Deanxit.
