The Clinical Research Of Jieyu Particle In Treatment Of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure In Patients With Depression Status

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Jieyu granule in the treatment ofchroniccongestive heart failure in patients with depression.Methods:60patients withchronic congestive heart failure patients with depression, were randomly divided into2groups,30patients in each group, Depression patients were given conventionaldiuretics, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, beta blockers, aldosteroneantagonists, digoxin, drug treatment of the two groups with chronic congestive heartfailure; while the control group was treated with Dai Lixin (Flupentixol andmelitracen tablets, Denmark lundbeck Incproduction),1tablets every morning, thetreatment group added Jieyu granule(Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinefrom preparation) orally, one dose daily, morning and evening service points. Observationof the treatment group and the control group before treatment and2weeks aftertreatment, after4weeks in heart failure symptoms, TCM syndromes,BNP precursor (NT-proBNP), left ventricular end diastolic volume (LVEDD), left ventricular ejectionfraction (LVEF) and HAMD scale difference score etc.. And thecorresponding statisticalmethods for the further analysis of decision.Results:1in the relief of symptom scores, twogroups had significant effect (p<0.01),syndrome effect the efficiency of the treatmentgroup and the total effective rate was higher than the control group, but the differencewas no statistical significance(p>0.05).2compared with before treatment, two groups ofBNP precursor (NT-proBNP), left ventricular end diastolic volume (LVEDD) decreasedsignificantly, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) significantly increased,(P <0.01); compared with the control group, treatment of depression and quality of lifeimproved significantly after4weeks ago, BNP body (NT-proBNP), left ventricular enddiastolicvolume (LVEDD) decreased significantly, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) significantly increased (P <0.05), the treatment group than the controlgroup.3twogroups in the HAMD scale scores improved significantly (p<0.01), thetreatment group and the control group had no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion:Jieyu granule in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure patients withdepression curative effect, compared with the control group in improving integralHAMDsimilar, in improving heart function of patients than the control group, taking a longtime compared with the control group without side effects.
