Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of The Type Of GanKangFengDong Tourette's Syndrome By GouTengDingFeng Decoction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of GouTengDingFeng Decoction in the treatment of the Type of GanKangFengDong Tourette's Syndrome,and to compare it With the western medicine group(Tiapride Tablet),To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of combined Chinese and Western medicine(Goutelg Dingfeng Decoction+Tiapride Tablet)and Chinese medicine {GoutengDingfeug Decoction)and Western medicine(Tiapride Tablet),and to explore the efficacy and mechanism of Gouteng Dingfeng Decoction in the treatment of the Type of GanKangFengDong Tourette's Syndrome,and to further explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 93 patients with the type of GanKangFengDong tourette's syndrome who met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the TCM group,the western medicine group and the combined group of traditional Chinese and western medicine,with 31 patients in each group.TCM group:oraI GouTengDiFgFeng Decoction;Western medicine group:oral tiapride tablets;Chinese and western combined group:oral GouTengDingFeng Decoction combined with western medicine tiapride.All three groups were treated for 8 weeks and followed up for 4 weeks.YGTSS and TCM syndrome points of the three groups were collected before and after treatlent,and statistical analysis was conducted to compare the clinical efficacy.Results 1.The YGTSS scale scores of the patients were significantly decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment methods of the three groups could improve the twitching symptoms.Among them,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)between TCM group and western medicine group,Chinese and western combined group and western medicine group,and TCM group and western combined group(P<0.05).The results showed that the Chinese and western medicine combined group had the best curative effect in reducing patients' YGTSS score.TCM group had good curative effect,and the western medicine group had the weakest effect.2.After treatment,TCM syndrome points of the patients all decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment methods of the three groups could improve the clinical symptoms of TCM.There were statistically significant differences between TCM group and the western medicine group,and between the Chinese and western combined group and the western medicine group(P<O.OS),while there were no statistically significant differences between the Chinese and western combined group and TCM group.The results showed that the combined TCM and western medicine group had the best effect in reducing TCM syndrome points and improving TCM clinical symptoms,but the difference was not statistically significant compared with the TCM group,and the western medicine group was the weakest.3.After treatment in the three groups,the total effective rate of the colbined Chinese and western medicine group was the most significant,up to 96.8%,followed by the Chinese medicine group 90.3%and the western medicine group 80.6%.However,conpared with the TCM group,P>0.05 showed no significant difference.The results showed that the combined Chinese and western medicine group had the same clinical effect as the TCM group,and the western medicine group had the weakest effect.Conclusion GouTengDingFeng Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with the type of GanKangFengDong tourette's syndrome,and the effect is better than that of oral tiapride tablet,and the clinical effect of combined tiapride tablets is similar to that of GouTengDingFeng Decoction alone.
