| Objective: To analysis and discussion in syndrome and clinical treatment of traditionalChinese medicine in treating hypertension in the past20years, and investigate the syndromeand syndrome elements campatible regularity and sources of medicines, so as to providedecision support for clinical application.Methods: In the primary retrieval of CNKI (Chinese Journal Full-Text Database, Ph.D.Dissertation of Chinese full text database and Chinese excellent master thesis full-textdatabase) and WANFANG database, the index word "hypertension" is used, and the indexarranges from1993to2013, the index number of articles is270378. In the second retrieval,the index words are "soup"," prescription ","treatment","clinical" and "effect", the total ofarticles is1133, of which the number of further screening articles is314. And then,Establishing the relevant statistics database by the excel office software. Based on thestatistics database, Analyzing the syndrome, syndrome elements of hypertension, property ofa medicine, pharmaceutical taste, meridial distribution, frequency and drug combination, andestablish the corresponding classification table to summarize the diagnostic and therapeuticregularity for hypertension.Results:1. The most common syndromes of hypertension:Liver-yang hyperactivity,liver-kidneyyin deficiency,obstruction of collaterraks by blood stasis,hyperactivity of liverfire,phlegm-turbuid obstruction of middle energister,phlegm-blood stasis,qi deficiecy andblood stasis,ying and yang deficiency are the mains syndromes of hypertension,whosefrequency is respectively31.91%,22.24%,11.22%,6.77%,5.03%,3.68%,2.71%and3.68%.2.The herbs are classified into18classes that comes from218species herb,and the total is3104which are used.Uncaria, twotooth achyranthes root, gastrodia elata,poria cocos,salviamiltiorrhiza,rhizoma chuanxiong, rhizoma alismatis, radix paeoniae alba, selfhe, haliotis,licorice and loranthus parasiticus are the the herbs of top twelveth herbs in terms offrequency,whose frequency is respectively4.41%,3.93%,3.90%,3.25%,3.06%,3.00%,2.06%and1.90%.3.Gastrodia and uncaria,uncaria and achyranthes,uncaria and haliotis,rhizoma gastrodiae and achyranthes,achyranthes and haliotis,uncaria and selfheal,rhizoma gastrodiae andhaliotis,rhizoma gastrodiae and poria cocos,rhizoma ligustici wallichii and salviamiltiorrhiza,poria cocos and alisma are the top10th of herbs in the order of frequency,whosefrequency is respectively25.30%,23.46%,20.37%,20.37%,17.28%,16.98%,16.36%,14.20%,14.20%and14.20%.4.The cold herb is the most commonly used in terms of medicinal properties which is39.45%;the bitter herb is the most commonly used in the aspect of taste which accounts for30.21%;the herb which belongs to the liver is the most commonly used in according tochannel tropism,whose percentage is25.00%.5.This study shows that the prescriptions of42.68%are derived from classicalprescriptions,and the self-made prescriptions are57.32%(of which7.64%come fromfamous old TCM doctors’ experience) after making an induction and analysis on314TCMcompounds.Conclusion:This study shows that the total of the herbs are18kinds,which comes from218herbs.Liver-yang hyperactivity and liver-kidney yin deficiency are mostly used in clinicalpractice,tonics and flat liver latent yang herb are used mostly that from all the herbs;uncaria,twotooth achyranthes root,gastrodia elata,poria cocos,salvia miltiorrhiza,rhizoma chuanxiong,rhizoma alismatis,radix paeoniae alba,selfhe,haliotis,licorice and loranthus parasiticus aremostly used in clinical practice,which embodies the basic regularity of treatment forhypertension which features tonic and restraining the hyperactivity of the liver yang. |
