| The First Part Based on the modern literature on the research of erectile dys-function TCM syndrome types and the distribution of syndrome elementsObjective:Take advantage of data mining technology analysis and summarize the d-istribution of erectile dysfunction syndrome types,disease positions,and disease-like syndrome elements,and to discuss the rule of erectile dysfunction.Methods:Screening of the CNKI?WF DATA?VIP and the establishment of a da-t abase until September 30,2019,including clinical research literature containing erec-tile dysfunction and syndromes,and extracting the erectile dysfunction syndrome ty-pes,disease positions,and disease-like syndrome elements.IBM SPSS Statistics21 was used to analyze the erectile dysfunction of TCM syndromes,the distribution of syndromes and the combination of syndromes.Results:A total of 152 literatures related to erectile dysfunction syndrome types w-ere screened,which included 23 syndrome types,6 disease-like syndromes,and 11 disease-like syndromes.The common syndrome types were kidney-yang deficiency syndrome and liver depression.the disease site syndromes are mainly kidney,liver,spleen,and disease syndrome syndromes are mainly yang deficiency,qi stagnation,dampness,blood stasis,heat,and yin deficiency.Conclusion:It can initially reflect the distribution rules of erectile dysfunction's co-m mon syndrome types and syndrome elements,which can provide a reference for cli-nical treatment and efficacy evaluation.The Second Part Study on He Juqiao's Medication rule for Treatment of Imp-otence Based on TCM Inheritance Support PlatformPurpose:Analyze and summarize the law of He Juqiao's treatment of impotence by using TCM Inheritance Support Platform to promote the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Statistics were collected from October 1,2018 to September 30,2019 in the Department of He Juqiao's Male Diseases of Hunan First Affiliated Hospital Un-iversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine,using the data mining function of TCM Inheritance Support Platform.Methods such as association analysis and analysis of prescriptions based on entropy method were used to summarize the characteristics of the prescriptions of Professor He Juqiao in treating impotence.Results:(1)A total of 468 prescriptions for the treatment of kidney yang deficiency synd-rome and impotence were screened out in accordance with Professor He Juqiao's c-riteria,which involved 106 flavors of Chinese medicine.The top 10 drugs are Mori-nda officinalis,Curculigo,Eucommia ulmoides,Cistanche,Epimedium,Coriander,C-uscuta chinensis,Dogwood,Rhizoma Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae.Through the preview of the results and clinical experience,the confidence level of 0.8 and the number of support levels of 250 were selected,and 43 groups of commonly used drug pairs were found.The first three are:"Curculigo-Morinda officinalis","Morinda officinalis-Eucommia","Curculigo-Eucommia",and evolved 18 core combinations of 3-4 flavor.medicines:Cinnamon+Curculigo+Alisma + rehmannia,cinnamon+Poria cocos+Curculigo,Semen Euryales+tortoise shell+antler gum+ Eucommia,etc.,form 9 new prescriptions:Psyllium seed+Polygonatum sibiricum Red+Purple river carp+Atractylodes sylvestris,Guizhi+Poria,Curculigo+ Cinnamon+Azadirachta ind-ica,Rehmannia glutinosa,Achyranthes bidentata+Antlers gum+Eucommia ulmo-ides+Scutellariae+Turtle shell and so on.(2)A total of 51 prescriptions for the treatment of kidney yin deficiency syndrome and impotence were screened out in accordance with Professor He Juqiao's criteria,which involved 70 flavors of Chinese medicine.The top 10 drugs are Cornus offic-inalis,Lycium barbarum,Poria cocos,Cuscuta chinensis,Prepared rehmannia gluti-nosa,Phellodendron amurense,Ligustrum lucidum,Morinda officinalis,Rehmannia g-lutinosa and Alisma orientalis.Through the preview of the results and clinical experi-ence,the confidence level of 0.8 and the number of support levels of 16 were sel-ected,and 46 groups of commonly used drug pairs were found.The first three are:"Prepared rehmannia glutinosa-Cornus officinalis"," Cuscuta chinensis-Lycium barba-rum","Cornus officinalis-Cuscuta chinensis",and evolved 10 core combinations of 3-4 flavor medicines:Cornus officinalis+tortoise shell+antler gum,cortex Rehmann-iae+dodder+ privet fruit+ wolfberry fruit,Epimedium+yam+Anemarrhena+peony skin,etc.,form 5 new prescriptions:Rehmannia+yam+Alisma+Eucommia+Epimedium+Anemarrhena+Cortex Moutan,Cornus+ tortoise shell+antler gum+Phellodendron+Anemarrhena,Cornus+tortoise shell+antler gum+Phell odendron+Anemarrhena and so on.(3)A total of 86 prescriptions for the treatment of Liver Depression and Qi Stag-nation and impotence were screened out in accordance with Professor He Juqiao's c-riteria,which involved 83 flavors of Chinese medicine.The top 10 drugs are Radix Bupleuri,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,centipede,Morinda officinalis,eucommia,Cyperus,angelica,Cuscuta chinensis.Through the pr-eview of the results and clinical experience,the confidence level of 0.8 and the n-umber of support levels of 32 were selected,and 44 groups of commonly used dr-ug pairs were found.The first three are:"Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Bupleuri","Rad ix Bupleuri-Poria cocos","Radix Paeoniae Alba-Poria cocos",and evolved 15 core combinations of 3-4 flavor medicines:Poria cocos+Fructus aurantii + Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos+mulberry parasitic+Atractylodes macrocephala+re-hmannia,turmeric+liquorice+Amomum,turmeric+liquorice+tangerine peel,etc.,form 7 new prescriptions:Morinda+Gardenia+Eucommia+Polygala tenuifolia+peony skin,angelica+Polygala tenuifolia+Ganoderma+ roasted liquorice+Sem-en Ziziphi Spinosae+Mint,Poria+Fructus aurantii+Atractylodes macrocephala+mulberry parasitism+Rehmannia and so on.(4)A total of 147 prescriptions for the treatment of pattern of damp-heat pouring downward and impotence were screened out in accordance with Professor He Juqiao's criteria,which involved 88 flavors of Chinese medicine.The top 10 drugs are Patr-inia villosa,Hedyotis diffusa,dandelion,Coriander,Salvia miltiorrhiza,centipede,Mor-inda officinalis,motherwort,Poria cocos,raw Rehmannia.Through the preview of t-heresults and clinical experience,the confidence level of 0.8 and the number of su-pport levels of 51 were selected,and 51 groups of commonly used drug pairs were found.The first three are:"Patrinia villosa-Hedyotis diffusa","dandelion-Patrinia vil-losa","Patrinia villosa-Coriander",and evolved 10 core combinations of 3-5 flavor medicines:Gentian+Raw Rehmannia+Coriander,Whole Scorpion+Big Blood V-ine+Panax Notoginseng,Curculigo+Cortex Phellodendri+ Centipede+Morinda+Eucommia ulmoides,etc.,form 5 new prescriptions:Gentian+Raw Rehmannia+C-oriander+Morinda,Whole Scorpion+Big Blood Vine+Panax Notoginseng+Polygon-um cuspidatum+Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Whole Scorpion+ Scutellaria+Panax notogins-eng+frankincense+Radix Paeoniae Rubra and so on.(5)A total of 46 prescriptions for the treatment of Heart-Spleen deficiency syndro-me and impotence were screened out in accordance with Professor He Juqiao's crit-eria,which involved 88 flavors of Chinese medicine.The top 10 drugs are Astragal-us,Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis pilosula,Poria cocos,Zizyphus spinosa,Polygala tenuifolia,Cuscuta chinensis,Morinda officinalis,Schisandra chinensis,An-gelica.Through the preview of the results and clinical experience,the confidence le-vel of 0.8 and the number of support levels of 17 were selected,and 49 groups of commonly used drug pairs were found.The first three miltiorrhiza,mischievous herb,coriander,pangolin,peach kernel,Rhizoma Chuanx-iong,coriander,frankincense,big blood vine,raw rhizoma.Through the preview of the results and clinical experience,the confidence level of 0.8 and the number of support levels of 32 were selected,and 45 groups of commonly used drug pairs w-ere found.The first three are:"Patrinia villosa-Salvia miltiorrhiza","Salvia miltiorr-hiza-pangolin","Salvia miltiorrhiza-coriander",and evolved 10 core combinations of 3-5 flavor medicines:Rhubarb+Angelica+Achyranthes bidentata+Bupleurum+frankincense,Fructus Meliae Toosendan+Psoralea+tulip,peach kernel+safflower+Fructus aurantii,etc.,form 12 new prescriptions:Rhubarb+Angelica+Herba Le-onuri+Achyranthes bidentata+Bupleurum+frankincense,Fructus Meliae Toosendan+Psoralea+tulip+Semen Cuscutae and so onConclusion:Professor He Juqiao mainly treats impotence and replenishes kidney a-nd replenishes viscera and spleen,supplemented with clearing away
