The existence of theproblem that we have to think about the development of our country public hospital,management status and the future development direction, establish a scientific, reasonable, fairand impartial evaluation system, and the corresponding management system, so as tomaximize the incentive of the broad masses of medical workers work enthusiasm, maximizeskills and expertise, effective and scientific measure its performance.In this paper, based on the related theory of public hospital performance management, theintegrated use of public hospital performance evaluation method, the key performanceindicators method(KPI), target management method (MBO), the balanced scorecardmethod(BSC), analysis and evaluation SY hospital performance management evaluationsystem. Found that the current performance appraisal system itself and the problems in theprocess of examination, including the feasibility of the evaluation process, the application ofassessment results, the workings of the feedback mechanism, etc. And put forwardimprovements to its drawbacks. The problems of SY hospital for their own performanceevaluation index system, the financial dimension index is missing, missing some departmentof learning and growth dimension index; Too detailed, some evaluation indexes at the sametime, in the actual process of examination of operability is not strong, the index set isrelatively complicated, performance appraisal appraisal larger workload, sometimes becomethe burden of front-line staff, in the normal medical work done for the inspection workovertime. Based on a provincial key SY hospital-respiratory department as an example to thefiltered department performance evaluation indicators, it is concluded that a new schedule ofperformance appraisal indicators. When making respiratory new performance appraisal index,strengthen the assessment of the public welfare financial indicators, to their patients, treatment effect is not affected as far as possible under the premise of the compression of the patient’smedical treatment cost, make more patients. In addition, some indexes as quantitative analysisindex no longer, no longer a simple numbers as the sole criterion for performance evaluation.Will also be some indicators to moderate indicators, not just in numbers as a measure of thesize. In the end, respiratory performance appraisal index, the assessment index for screeningand streamline, choose some simple, easy to get the data of the indicators as hospitalinspection department performance evaluation indicators, try to make the inspection work isnot a normal medical department of the job work burden, simplified and effective as far aspossible make the inspection work.
