The Correlative Study On Endoscopic Performance And Pathological Features Of The Colorectal Polyps And Intraepithelial Neoplasia In Western Region Of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Objective To study the correlative rules of nation,gender,age,endoscopicperformance,pathological features and canceration of the colorectal polyps andintraepithelial neoplasia in Western region of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Methods All cases of asymptomatic populations examination,colonoscopy colorectalpolyps and intraepithelial neoplasia and histopathology confirmed were analyzedretrospectively,from January2008to December2011,in the gastroenterology clinics andwards of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College of Inner MongoliaUniversity of Science and Technology.Results6987cases had received enteroscopy,1767Colorectal Polyps were found,and the incidence of colorectal polyps was25.29%andintraepithelial neoplasia was3.34%,including low intraepithelial neoplasia was1.53%and high intraepithelial neoplasia was1.81%,The rate of canceratian was11.09%;Theratio of the Chinese-Mongolian was15.21:1,The ratio of men and women was1.85:1.Therate of colorectal polyp was2.21%(﹤30years old),32.77%(30～49yearsold),49.29%(50～69years old),15.37%(﹥70years old),respectively. Polypoid lesionswere located at rectum (34.01%), signoid(19.92%), descending(17.54%),transverse(18.11%), ascending (6.34%) and cecum(4.08%).The rate of intraepithelialneoplasia and canceratian was3.14%,5.88%,8.63%, and82.35%for the≤0.5cm,0.6～1.0cm,1.1～1.9cm,and≥2.0cm in size.The rates of adanomatous, hyperplasticand,inflammatory, juvenile,stromal tumors and leiomyomas and colorectal canceratian were44.71%,31.41%,11.71%,0.57%,0.51%and11.09%.Conclusions Han population is morethan Mongolian in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,The incidence in the male ishigher than that the female,30to69year old people are easy to suffer from colorectalpolyps and intraepithelial neoplasia,and colorectal polyps occurs more in left colon thanin the other part. Adenomatous,hyperplasticand and inflammatory polyps are the commonlesion.There is a high canceration and intraepithelial neoplasia of polyps in≥2.0cm polyps,the left colon and adenomatous.Colonoscopy should be operated in thepopulation,the endoscope should be into the ileocecal inspection as much as possible.Allof the colon polyps should be excised as soon as possible and done regular follow-up.Enteroscopic polypectomy is helpful to prevent the intraepithelial neoplasia andcolorectal canceratian.
