Research On The Development Strategy Of The People's Hospital Of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Healthcare Undertaking,as the tertiary industry department of national economy and the important part of social security system,can not be separated from government and exist independently in socialist market economy system of our country.With further deepening of the health system reform and gradually opening in the field of medical service after joining WTO,the new medical institutions which have high grade and perfect configuration are established.It will cause the excess of medical institutions to a certain extent that foreign can operate joint venture hospital and owned hospital in the home and competitions among medical and institutions will intensify day and day.All staffs of The People hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are facing an important problem that is how to adjust to the market competition of bad the eliminating of superior,Natural environment of survival of the fittest.Significant progress has been made by the People hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region over past sixty-five years,but there are many problems still remain.It not only has the advantages of political,policy,economy,geographical,brand,connections,credibility and good reputation that are not found on other hospitals but also has some inherent shortages of its own.Today,with the rapid development of economy,hospital development enhances the vitality and dynamics to it and urban transformation will bring enormous market demand to it.At the same time,the trial has to be faced that is the flocked competitor and backwardness of market economy management system.Advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the People hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have been analysized by using the SWOT analysis method and based on the hospital condition of resource and ability.Finally,scientific thesis of implementing strategy of economic development and growth is given in this paper.It is finally emphasized in this paper that to implement the growth development strategies it should be done that strengthen cost management,promoting cost leadership strategy,alliance strategy and property companies outsourcing logistics and security and other non-core value activities outsourcing strategy step by step based on the best way of leadership strategy premise.In coming days,the hospital will be created into medical aircraft carrier in northwest,has more and more advantages of competition and to provide more health care services for whole area people at future date.
