Comparative Study Of Serum Levels Of25-（OH）D₃、Total IgE Between The Uygur And Han Children With Asthma In Xinjiang

Objective：To analyze the differences of serum25-（OH）D₃、TIgE between the Uygurand Han children in Xinjiang,and explore its relationship with bronchial asthma.Methods：With the clinical case control and random methods,146cases of childhoodbronchial asthma were involved and120cases of healthy children as the controls. Todetect the levels of serum25-（OH）D₃、TIgE.Analyzing whether there are differencesbetween these index.These children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group,Both groups were given budesonide inhalation inremission stage after GINA.The treatment group was given vitaminD10million unitsintramuscular injection once per month for three consecutive months, to follow up after120days.Results:Serum25-（OH）D₃levels in children with bronchial asthma wassignificantly lower than that in the healthy group, Serum TIgE level was obviously higherin the bronchial asthma group than that in the healthy control group,the difference washighly statistically significant （P<0.05）;The significant correlation between the levels ofserum25-（OH）D₃and TIgE was observed in the Uygur and Han children who had asthma（P<0.05）,There was no significant correlation in the control groups（P<0.05）.The effectiverate was significantly improved after giving vitaminD therapy in children with asthma, thedifference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusions:The deficiency of Serum25-（OH）D₃may be one of the important reasons for the occurrence and development ofbronchial asthma in children.Improving concentration of25-（OH）D₃may be have aneffect on the prevention and treatment of childhood bronchial asthma. The levels ofserum25-（OH）D₃、TIgE in Uygur children with asthma were lower than that of Hanchildren,which had Ethnic diversity.Han children should be focused on allergy control,butUygur children should be focused on infection control.
