Objective: To study the biological feedback combined with electrical stimulationtreatment on postpartum stress urinary incontinence recent curative effect and influencefactors of effect, so as to guide clinical practice. Methods: experimental research method,120patients with postpartum42days in diagnosis of stress urinary incontinence patientswere randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given biofeedback pluselectrical stimulation therapy; Control group have its own pure pelvic floor muscleexercise, contrast analysis biofeedback plus electrical stimulation treatment of postpartumstress urinary incontinence superiority. Results: Experimental group cure rate75%aftertreatment,25%efficiency,0inefficiency, control group cure rate50%after treatment, significant efficiency33.3%, inefficiency16.7%; The curative effect of two kinds ofmethods to improve degree of row rank and inspection (P<0.05, the difference isstatistically significant; pelvic floor muscle strength to improve the status of the twomethods of row rank and inspection (P <0.05, the difference is statistically significant;Experimental maternal sexual activity frequency score after treatment, sexual life qualityscore were higher than the control group, experimental group is lower than the controlgroup, the incidence of pain during sex vaginal muscle voltage higher than the controlgroup after experimental treatment. Conclusion: The recent clinical curative effect oftreatment of Postpartum stress urinary incontinence and Postpartum sexual dysfunctionwith biofeedback plus electrical stimulation was better than simple pelvic floor muscleexercise. |
