Relationship Between Lipids And Serum Uric Acid In Kazak And Han Preeclampsia

Objective: To explore the correlation of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy withlipids and serum uric acid, and find the difference between the Kazakh and Han pregnantwomen in lipids and serum uric acid metabolism. Methods: A retrospective analysismethod was used in The First Teaching Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University inJanuary2010to December2012, to analyze284cases of pregnant women who hadhospital delivery, including156cases of Han pregnant women, in which74cases werenormal pregnancy,82cases were preeclampsia;128cases of Kazakh pregnant women, inwhich71cases were normal pregnancy,57cases were preeclampsia. The level of totalcholesterol(CHOL), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), lowdensity lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C), Apolipoprotein A1(apoA1), ApolipoproteinB(apoB) and uric acid(UA) were analyzed by automatic biochemistry analyzer, and theresults were compared. Results:1. The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and apoB inpreeclampsia patient group were statistically significantly higher than those in normalpregnancy group，and the levels of HDL-C, ApoA1were significantly lower（P＜0.05）.2.The levels of UA, CHOL, TG, LDL-C and apoB in Kazak group were statisticallysignificantly higher than those in Han group，and the levels of HDL-C、apoA1weresignificantly lowe（rP＜0.05）.3.There was a positive correlation between UA and TC, TG,LDL-C, apoB, a negative correlation between UA and HDL-C, apoA1（P＜0.05）.Conclusions: There was a certain correlation between HDCP and lipids and uric acid，theKazakh pregnant women whose lipids and uric acid level is higher than Han pregnantwomen. Therefore, carrying out health education during pregnancy and regular detectingthe change of uric acid during pregnant period can prevent and treat the possible harms tomothers and infants as early as possible.
