Objective:To observe the Qingre Sanjie collaterals act clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of patients with early acute mastitis (mastitis stagnation period).Method:Selected according to the inclusion criteria of early diagnosis of acute mastitis (mastitis stagnation period) and TCM the qi stagnation Hot obstruct license or the cult poison Yongzhi permit cases66cases, randomized treatment group of33cases (off4cases),33cases of the control group (of shedding5cases). The treatment group received"the Qingre Sanjie collaterals ", control group was given a"local heat treatment of breast pump+oral antibiotics", four days for a course, observe a week. The main clinical symptoms (blood cell analysis, psychological status and quality of life changes) were observed two groups of patients, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results:The pilot study a total of66patients participated in the effective number of patient samples in57cases,29cases of the treatment group and the control group,28patients. The result:1、Two groups of patients the treatment of former general information and symptoms score, TCM syndrome quantization points, the rate of abnormal ECG and psychological status and quality of life abnormal rate were statistically different (P>0.05) indicating that the two groups has comparable.2、 Two groups of patients efficacy were statistically significant differences (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group in the consolidated efficacy.3、TCM syndrome compared:(1) Two groups of patients TCM syndromes were statistically different (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group to improve the TCM syndromes.(2) In patients treated with TCM syndrome score and milk excretion, breast tenderness, pulse, local skin temperature, chills, fever, body pain, headache, thirst, stool the sub-symptom scores before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group TCM syndromes and milk excretion, breast tenderness, pulse, local skin temperature, chills, fever, body pain, headache, thirst, stool sub symptoms were better efficacy.(3) The control group patients TCM designate integral and milk excretion, breast tenderness, pulse, local skin temperature, chills, fever symptom scores before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), body pain, headache, thirst, The the stool symptom scores before and after treatment was not statistically significant (P>0.05), the control group of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and milk excretion, breast tenderness, pulse, local skin temperature, chills, fever symptoms efficacy, headache and body pain, thirst, stool symptoms of a lack of response.(4) Two groups of patients before and after the symptom score and milk excretion, breast tenderness, pulse symptom score decreased value was statistically significant (P<0.05), and local skin temperature, chills, fever symptom score decreased value statistically significant (P>0.05), the treatment group TCM climate and milk excretion, breast tenderness, pulse effective than the control group, and the same as the local skin temperature, chills, fever, symptoms of efficacy with the control group.4、The two groups of patients blood cell analysis before and after treatment were statistically different (P<0.05), prompt analysis of the two groups of blood cells are effective. The two groups of patients with blood cell analysis of efficacy was no significant difference (P>0.05). So they were statistically the same effect, suggesting that two sets of blood cell analysis.5、Two groups of patients psychological status and quality of life before and after treatment were statistically different (P<0.05), suggesting that two groups on the psychological status and quality of life are effective. Mental status and quality of life of the efficacy of the two groups of patients were statistically different (P<0.05), prompt treatment group psychological status and quality of life better than the control group.6、Safety indicators and adverse reactions observed:general physical examination of the two groups during the test project (body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) were not abnormal; treatment group patient safety indicators blood cell analysis (RBC, HGB, PTC) in the treatment of measured before and after the results were statistically different (P>0.05); treated patients there are very few mild adverse events (adverse reactions are mild, no treatment). Method is safe and prompt treatment group. Conclusion:The Qingre Sanjie collaterals treatment of mastitis initial (acute mastitis) effective and reliable, no adverse reactions were found.
