A Short-term Follow-up Study Of The Treatment Of Early Acute Mastitis By The Method Of Pushing And Collaterals

Objectives:The objective of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety of Tuiroutongluo Tuina method and electric breast pump in patients with Acute mastitis of early stage.It was designed to evaluate the short-term follow-up of Tuiroutongluo Tuina method,and develop an optimal clinical treatment and prevention of early mastitis.Methods:A prospective randomized was adopted in this study.Patients with Acute mastitis were randomly assigned to treatment group(Tuiroutongluo Tuina group)or the control group(electric breast pump group).Collected the score of the breast pain,size and number of the breast mass,milk excretion and nipple congestion,temperature and the number of white blood cells,to evaluate the efficancy and safety of the two groups.Statistical methods:All data are used SPSS 20.0 statistical processing.Quantitative indicators were compared using the paired test,analysis of variance use independent sample test and comparison between groups.Qualitation index is manly used for test or rank sum test.Results:A total of 82 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group and 82 to the control group.After statistical analysis,baseline data have no obvious statistically diffierence(P>0.05)between two groups.Adopted the score of the breast pain,milk excretion and nipple congestion and size of the breast mass as the main outcome measures,temperature and the number of white blood cells as the secondary outcome measures.The main therapeutic effects after treatment in each group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compare the main therapeutic effects of two groups,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)right after the treatment.Compare the main therapeutic effects of two groups,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)both 3days after the treatment and 14days after the treatment.Conclusions:Compaired with the electric breast pump,Tuiroutongluo Tuina method is more effective and safer in the treatment of early mastitis.Tuiroutongluo Tuina method can effectively prevent the patients from recurrence.Consider of the advantages and characteristics of simple manipulations,little adverseeffect,lower price and last but not least being easy to be accepted by patients,it is worth advocating to be applied in clinical treatment.
