Study On Doctor-patient Communication From The Perspective Of Health Communication

On current, our country has entered a critical period of social development, the relationship between doctors and patients has also had the new change:the relationship between doctors and patients tend to tense, and the communication between doctors and patients is an important factor to influence the doctor-patient relationship. In this paper, from the viewpoint of health communication, analyzes some communication problems in doctor-patient communication, first of all is the asymmetry of the doctor-patient relationship, due to the asymmetry of physician-patient information leads to the doctor-patient communication in "medicine" and "suffering" of the unequal status, also have the effect of doctor-patient communication social stratum, the right to health of our country low income remains to be improved; second is to explore the relationship between doctors and patients the materialized tendency as well as the negative effects, the doctor-patient relationship of trend of hospital should strengthen the humanistic care; once again discussed the trust crisis between doctors and patients, analyzed the reasons of doctor-patient trust crisis.This paper also discussed the medical practice some practical doctor-patient communication strategy. First the doctor in communicating with patients to choose the appropriate mode of communication, as people improve the quality of health, common participation of doctor-patient communication model by more and more people of all ages; secondly, in the communication process should be good at using the beautiful language, good at listening and questioning; and pay attention to give bad news to be considered patients psychological bear ability, can use "gradually" strategy. Finally, according to the current development trend of the future of doctor-patient communication, communication between doctors and patients is discussed.
