The text is applied by PPS, multi-layer random sampling and combined with complex sampling method to determine the county, township, village and farmers to carry on the empirical research. Through the statistically analysis of the recycling of1902valid questionnaires, The results showed as follows:Guangxi rural public’s rabies KABP overall level is low; Rural public need to improve the rabies prevention and control knowledge; Part of rural public have negative attitude toward rabies prevention and control work; Rural public less actively take action to prevent and control rabies.According to inference analyse the information of questionnaire’s reflection, exploring the following influence factors in rural areas of rabies incidence:Rural public rabies KABP are the main factors of the rabies incidence in rural areas, and the knowledge level is the primary cause of human incidence of rabies; Population statistics variables such as Rural public’s age, education level, marital status, the condition of migrant workers and so on all have obvious influence on rabies KABP level; Rural public’s contact and usage of media influence their KABP level.So come up with a few recommendations and opinions as follows:Devote major efforts toTake Rabies health knowledge dissemination activities; Bring the work of spreading of rabies health knowledge into the assessment of related disease control department; Pay attention to the importance of TV programs on Rabies health knowledge, and expand the use of the new way of communication; Take targeted communication activities for disadvantaged or vulnerable groups; Enhance the pertinence of knowledge dissemination; Invest more to the research of to improve the communication effect.
