In the process of the outbreak and spread of COVID-19 globally and nationwide,corresponding countermeasures have been taken in various aspects,including the introduction of corresponding policies,strengthening risk exchanges with the public,strengthening the publicity of epidemic prevention and control work,and public health emergencies,authority and credibility are the key and key link.Under the impact of this novel coronavirus,major public medical institutions are actively using their new media to build professionally and carry out the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.This Beijing chaoyang hospital,Beijing changgung hospital new media channels to carry out epidemic prevention and control work,and according to Raswell's "5 W" transmission model,from control propaganda.The results show that in professional ability,talents and technology,public medical institutions use multiple perspective detail propaganda epidemic prevention and control guide,professional intelligent provide disease risk assessment,transparent details of medical personnel,etc.,to the public science correct epidemic prevention knowledge,timely eliminate rumors and false brought by the negative impact of the information spread,enhance public confidence against "disease".However,due to the narrow publicity channels of the new media,the weak publicity efforts,and the relatively backward construction of the emergency mechanism,the effectiveness of the publicity work is weakened to a certain extent.According to the current operation status of new media in public medical institutions and its action mechanism,strengthening establishing risk communication system.
