Clinical Observation Of Weifuchun And Zengshengping Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Intestinal Metaplasia

Objection:Investigate weifuchun and zengshengping treat chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinalmetaplasia clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:Patients who endoscopic diagnosed of chronic atrophic gastritis in the first hospitalattached to medicine school of ShiHezi University outpatiented or hospitalized,between June2011to June2012. Furthermore60patients whose pathological diagnosis for chronic atrophicgastritis with intestinal metaplasia，random into two group：30csaes of weifuchun and30cases of zengshengping.All the patients underwent a general treatment of chronicgastritis.And patients with Helicobacter pylori infected underwent Helicobacter pyloritreatment. The petients of weifuchun group take weifuchun by warm water4pills at a time,three times a day, insist on taking3months.The patients of zengshengping group takezengshengping by warm water8pills at a time, twice a day, insist on taking3months. Whenthe end of treatment, review endoscopy and pathological examination of gastric, comparedpathological changes of gastric mucosa of two groups patients and adverse reaction.Results:Pathological examination of gastric mucosa of patients under the treatment of weifuchunand zengshengping all have Improved.The effective percentage of weifuchun group is69.0%,and zengshengping group is77.8%.The difference was not statistically significant（P=0.409）.Conclusion:Weifuchun and zengshengping treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinalmetaplasia were effects,and have good safety.
