Objective We aim to investigate the distribution of the pathological types of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with or without intestinal metaplasia, and to explore the relationship between the degree of glandular atrophy and the degree of IM and TCM constitution, summed up the high risk population. Methods Through the collection and collation of related literature, the relevant information collection table of CAG patients was obtained. The patients were diagnosed with CAG and / or metaplasia with IM during the period from March to February,2016,and then collected from 172 patients with CAG in Shanxi institute of traditional Chinese medicine.Patients with personal information according to "Chinese medicine classification and judgments" one by one to determine the patient's physical type.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and discuss the correlation between the two.Results1.In this study, the incidence of CAG in the 65 years of age in patients with a gradual increase in the trend,of which 45-55,56-65 years of age as the main age of onset,of which56-65 age group reached 67(39.0%).The of atrophy of light, moderate and severe patients 66:51:55,basically 1: 1: 1,intestinal metaplasia, mild, light moderate,severe,13: 23: 45: 45,about 1: 2 : 4: 4.2.In this study,we found that the degree of atrophy in CAG patients was not significantly correlated with age and sex. There was no significant correlation between age and sex in patients with CAG.3.There were no significant correlations between the physical type and the age of the patients, but the physical type of the patients was 35(20.3%),28(16.2%)qi stagnation,16.4%(12.2%),22%(12.8%),24(14%)were the main physical types of CAG patients, accounting for 75.6%,of which the most common in patients with qi deficiency.4.The CAG patients and constitutional types significantly associated with the degree of atrophy, atrophy in patients with moderate glands atrophy in patients with qi deficiency is much by mass(35.3%))and Yang(19.6%)patients developed, more severe glands atrophy patients by qi depression(30.9%),Yin deficiency(16.4%)and the quality deficiency of mass(16.4%)patients developed. The incidence of IM and the degree of IM in patients with CAG were significantly correlated with the type of constitution, and the quality of IM and moderate IM were less likely to occur.Moderate IM in patients with more developed by the qi deficiency(35,5%),severe IM in patients with qi stagnation(28.9%),yin deficiency(15.6%)patients and qi deficiency(13.3%)Development.Conclusion CAG patients with middle-aged population,65 years before the onset rate gradually increased,55-65 age group incidence rate is the highest. There was no significant correlation between the degree of atrophy and the degree of IM in CAG patients. There was no significant correlation between age and age of patients with CAG.The degree of atrophy and the degree of IM of CAG patients were significantly correlated with the constitution type of TCM.The moderate atrophy was developed by the development of qi deficiency and yang deficiency patients. The severe atrophy was developed by qi stagnation, yin deficiency and qi deficiency. The incidence of IM in CAG patients and the degree of IM of CAG patients were significantly correlated with the type of constitution. The patients with moderate quality were less likely to develop IM Moderate IM more developed by the development of patients with qi deficiency, severe IM by qi stagnation, yin deficiency patients developed to form.
