Objective:1.To understand the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Weifuchun in the prevention and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)rats;2.Further explore the possible immunological and molecular biological mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine Weifuchun in the prevention and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis;3.Provide reference and basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine Weifuchun in clinical and experimental aspects.Methods:Based on the basis of the literature on the clinical research of the early gastric rejuvenation,we hypothesized that the mechanism of Weifuchun Tablet on the prevention and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and the differentiation and proliferation of cells and the genes related to apoptosis and tumor metastasis infiltration and immune inflammation and immunity The regulation of escape-related genes may be related to the control of apoptosis-related genes Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Bcl-2,Bax,and important factors regulating NF-?B signaling pathways IKBKB,NF-?B2,and NF-?B signaling.The downstream cytokines of the pathway are related to the expression of inflammatory factors TNF-?,IL-1,vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF,and gastric cancer gene COX-2.In response to this hypothesis,we validated it through animal experiments.Purchased 59 SPF rats of 5 weeks old and weighing 140±20g,and made classic chronic atrophy by combining nitrosonitroguanidine with ranitidine feed,hot salt water and 30%ethanol plus hunger and dysfunction.Animal model of gastritis disease,and the pathological section of gastric tissue was confirmed and the establishment of the model of chronic atrophic gastritis was confirmed.The pharmacological effects were evaluated by the general indicators and pathology of the animals.The pepsin activity of each group was determined by colorimetry.Real-Time PCR was used to detect the expression of the following genes in gastric tissues: inflammatory factors TNF-?,IL-1,angiogenic factor VEGF,gastric cancer factor COX-2,and apoptosis-related gene Caspase-3 Caspase-8,Bcl-2,Bax and NF-?B signaling pathways regulate important factors IKBKB and NF-?B2,and compare the m RNA expression levels of the above genes to elucidate the therapeutic effect of Weifuchunweifuchun and further explore the stomach rejuvenation The mechanism of possible immunological molecular biology for the prevention and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Results:1.After the completion of the experiment,the results showed that the body weight and spleen weight of the model group after model establishment were significantly lower than the normal group(P<0.01);2.After the model was established,the number of glands in the gastric mucosa of the model group decreased,atrophy,mucosal basal thickening,inflammatory cell aggregation and disorder,and gastric mucosa showed improvement in the drug intervention group.Obviously,the low-dose group of Weifuchun was the second most obvious,and the retinoic acid group was relatively lighter.3.After the model was established,the expression of pepsin activity(PP)in the gastric tissue of the model group was significantly higher than that of the normal group(P<0.01).The high dose and low dose of the stomach rejuvenation after drug intervention.The above indicators were down-regulated compared with the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After the modeling,compared with the normal group,the gastric tissue of the model group was TNF-?,IL-1,VEGF,COX-2,Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Bcl-2,IKBKB,NF-?B2.Gene expression was significantly increased(P<0.01),and Bax expression was significantly down-regulated(P<0.01).The above-mentioned indexes traditional Chinese medicine Weifuchun on the pathogenesis of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis has the effect of improving basic health and spirit,which can effectively alleviate the physiological symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis;the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis in rats The survival rate and its body weight and its organ indicators have a certain improvement effect,reflecting the obvious therapeutic effect of Weifuchun on chronic atrophic gastritis.2.Chinese medicine Weifuchun has the effect of relieving the pathological manifestations of rats with
