| Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of "TCM Therapies of Dissolving Blood Stasis, Detoxication and Supplementing Qi" on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) with intestinal metaplasia (IM)Methods:80 subjects were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group in which 50 cases were treated with "TCM Therapies of Dissolving Blood Stasis, Detoxication and Supplementing Qi" and control group in which 50 cases were treated with "WeiFuChun Tablet". A course of treatment was 3 months, totally 2 courses. Results:Tested by Ridit, it showed the treatment group was better than the matched controlled group in curative effect of symptom (P<0.05), elcctro-gastroscope examination (P<0.05) and pathological effect (P<0.05).Conclusions:"TCM Therapies of Dissolving Blood Stasis, Detoxication and Supplementing Qi" is quite effective for chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia. |
