Clinical Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Huazhuojiedufang On Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Intestinal Metaplasia

Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy and mechanism of Huazhuojiedufang on chronicatrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.Methods:108patients diagnosised of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia andturbidity toxic syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, withsystematic observation. Treatment group(63patients)were treated by Huazhuojie dufang on,1agent daily, decoction of300mL was divided into early and late2times service; the controlgroup (45patients) were treated by restoring spring,4piece of daily,3times daily,30minbefore meal. Other drugs were deactivated during treatment progress, some cold，spicy foodwas avoided. Medication were taken continuously180days in the2groups. Symptom score、gastroscope、pathological efficacy and Hp clearance rate were compared between the2groups.Results:1. The scores of fullness, pain, belching, anorexia in2groups were decreased aftertreatment, compared to which before treatment (P <0.05), and the treatment group wassuperior to control group(P <0.05).2. The effective rate of gastroscopein the treatmentgroup and control group after treatment was84.13%and66.67%respectively,the treatmentgroup was superior to control group (P <0.05).3. The effective rate of pathological effectin the treatment group and control group after treatment was82.54%and60%respectively, thetreatment group was superior to control group (P <0.05). The effective rate of intestinalpathological effect in2groups was85.42%and63.64%respectively(P <0.05).The effectiverate of coliform pathological effect in2groups was73.33%and58.33%respectively, therewas no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).4. The effective rate of Hp removal in2groups was81.82%and67.74%respectively, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1Huazhuofang can obviously improve the patients CAG with IM fullness, pain,belching, anorexia clinical symptoms, the symptoms improve degree than Weifuchun. 2Huazhuofang can significantly reduce gastric mucosa of patients CAG with IMinflammation, and in a certain extent, reduce or eliminate intestinal metaplasia, itsgastroscope pathological curative effect is better than the Weifuchun.3Huazhuofang can effectively remove Hp, but with Weifuchun’s group compared to nostatistically significant difference.
