Objective:The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of subjective well-being of hospital nursing staff,and to analyze the influencing factors from the perspectives of demographic characteristics,physical and mental health,family situation,work situation and social support,and put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures.The relevant departments of the hospital provide a scientific basis for formulating intervention strategies for the subjective well-being of nursing staff.Method:Using the convenient sampling method,a three-level hospital in Qiqihar City was selected to participate in the survey.The on-the-job nursing staff conducted self-administered questionnaires for the study subjects.The questionnaire included sociodemographic characteristics,physical and mental health status,work factors,and family.Factors,social support and subjective well-being.Data entry was performed using Epidata 3.0,and data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS 24.0 software.Statistical methods used included descriptive analysis,t-test,analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,multiple linear regression,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Result:1.In this study,1118 questionnaires were sent out,1009 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective recovery rate was 90.25%.Among the 1.1009 subjects,19were low subjective well-being,accounting for 1.9%,417 were moderate subjective well-being,accounting for 41.3%,and 573 were high subjective well-being,accounting for 56.8%.The subjects'subjective well-being score was 75.17±12.51.2.There were significant differences in subjective well-being scores among subjects with different educational levels(t=3.618,P<0.001),compared with those with bachelor degree or above(74.42±12.50),junior college or below(77.85±13.23)subjective well-being scores are higher.IV3.There were statistically significant differences in subjective well-being scores among subjects with different self-assessment of health status,psychological barriers,and self-rated sleep quality.The better the self-evaluation health status,the higher the subjective happiness score(F=107.423,P<0.001);the lower the psychological disorder,the higher the subjective happiness score(F=232.106,P<0.001);self-evaluation sleep quality the better,the higher the subjective well-being score(F=58.253,P<0.001).4.There were statistical differences in subjective well-being scores among subjects with different family economic status.The more affluent the family economy,the higher the subjective well-being score(F=58.253,P<0.001).5.The scores of subjective well-being of those with low work stress(78.21±12.18)were higher than those with high work stress(71.12±11.80)(t=9.277,P<0.001);work-family conflict was small(76.59±12.15),subjective well-being scores were higher than work-family conflicts(68.91±12.20),and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.795,P<0.001).6.Pearson correlation analysis showed that emotional exhaustion,depersonalization were negatively correlated with subjective well-being(P<0.001),and personal accomplishment was positively correlated with subjective well-being(r_p=0.343,P<0.001).7.Mental salary satisfaction was positively correlated with subjective well-being scores(r_p=0.309,P<0.001);high social supporters'subjective well-being score(77.23±11.90)was higher than that of low-and medium-sector supporters(68.35±12.08)(t=9.965,P<0.001).8.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,self-assessment health,psychological barriers,self-rated sleep quality,family economy,emotional exhaustion,personal accomplishment,social support were the subjective well-being of nursing staff independent influence factors.Age,worse self-assessment health,high risk psychological barriers,poor self-rating sleep quality,family economy,emotional exhaustion,low personal accomplishment,low social support has a negative predictive effect on subjective well-being.The effects of various factors on the subjective well-being of the subjects were affective exhaustion(-0.343),psychological barriers(-0.290),self-assessment health(-0.161),low personal accomplishment(0.090),family economy(-0.073),self-rated sleep quality(-0.069),social support(-0.067),age(-0.066).Conclusion:1.The subjective well-being of nursing staff is at a low level of 43.2%,and the level of subjective well-being of nursing staff needs to be further improved.2.Age,self-assessment health,psychological barriers,self-rated sleep quality,family economy,emotional exhaustion,personal accomplishment,satisfaction with mental compensation from doctors,social support were the subjective well-being of nursing staff independent influence factors.Age,worse self-rated health,high risk psychological disorder,poor self-rating sleep quality,family economic stress,emotional exhaustion,low personal accomplishment,low satisfaction with mental compensation,low social support has a negative predictive effect on subjective well-being.3.It is recommended to consider the individual,family,work and other aspects in the development of the subjective well-being promotion strategy of nursing staff.
