The Invigorating The Kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation Method Of TCM Combined With Auricular Point According To The Clinical Efficacy Of PCO Ovulation

Objective:Through the observation of Chinese medicine (invigorating the kidney andpromoting blood circulation) combined with auricular point according to the clinicalefficacy of PCO in ovulation induction, provide a reasonable and effective method ofa kind of combination of acupuncture and medicine for kidney deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome of PCO.Methods:Selecting60cases of PCO which according with the inclusion criteria,and dividing them into2groups randomly.30cases in the treatment group and30cases in the control group.The control group take Chinese medicine from the fifth dayof the menstruation period for10days continuously.At the same time the treatmentgroup take the use of ear pressure beans for2weeks,beside the Chinese medicine astreatment group. The two groups are treated for3menstrual cycles.Folliculardevelopment, ovulation and endometrial thickness in each menstrual cycle aremonitored. Two groups of patients before and after the treatment’s menstrual (period，quantity，color，quality) and improvement of clinical symptoms of TCM are recorded.Results:①The clinical curative effect: treatment group was93.33%, the control groupwas70%,the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05);②ovulationrate: the treatment group of ovulation rate was68.12%, control group the ovulationrate was34.44%, the ovulation rate of treatment group is higher than that of controlgroup (P<0.05);③TCM symptom score: two groups before and after treatment ofTCM symptom score were significantly different (p<0.05), after treatment, there wasa significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05), the treatment group is betterthan control group,④B-ultrasound monitoring of endometrial thickness:two groupsof patients after treatment had significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group is better than control group.Conclusion:The invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation method ofTCM combined with auricular point according to the clinical efficacy of PCOovulation is exact, adjust the menstrual cycle, promotion of follicular development,improve the clinical symptoms, improve the rate of ovulation and endometrialthickness has obvious advantages. TCM combined with auricular point for PCO hasbetter ovulation effect.
