Clinical Observation Of Tonifying Kidney And Activating Blood Therapy On Hypertensive Nephropathy(CKD1-2)with Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the clinical efficacy of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy with kidney deficiency and blood stasis(CKD1-2),so as to provide reliable guidance for the prevention,early diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive nephropathy.Methods:Select this topic included in the standard of 60 patients with hypertensive nephropathy,according to random number table method patients are divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,control group given diet support therapy and step-down suit the medicine such as basic guidance,on the basis of the control group and treatment group take kidney invigorate the party,after the meal were observed 12 weeks,respectively in dosing 0,12 weeks monitoring:SBP,DBP,Scr,24 UPro,NAG,urinary α1-MG,β2-MG,AST,ALT,and GGT were used to observe the symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment and fill in the TCM syndrome score table.During the treatment,adverse reactions were observed and recorded,and the collected data were statistically analyzed at the end of the 12-week observation.Results:1.Clinical efficacy:in the treatment group,6 cases showed obvious effect,19 cases were effective,5 cases were stable,and 0 cases were invalid,with a total effective rate of 83.3%;in the control group,0 cases showed obvious effect,14 cases were effective,7 cases were stable,and 9 cases were invalid,with a total effective rate of 46.7%.2.Curative effect of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group;The total effective rate of the control group was 53.3%.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Laboratory indicators: Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,serum creatinine,24-hour urinary protein quantification,N-acetyl--D glucosidase,urine 1-microglobulin and urine 2-microglobulin were significantly different between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).4.Safety indicators:there was no significant difference in AST,ALT,GGT and other indicators between groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Data showed that both of the two treatments had therapeutic effects on patients with renal deficiency and blood stasis type hypertensive nephropathy(CKD1-2),meanwhlie,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation prescription combined with western medicine can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of patients,the curative effect is better than the other.3.Kidney invigorate the circulation of the combined western medicine treatment of kidney and blood stasis type of hypertensive nephropathy(CKD1-2)can significantly reduce the BP,Scr,24 h UPro,NAG,α1-MG,β2-MG,at the same time improve the glomerular filtration rate,protect kidney function and delay the progression of high blood pressure,kidney disease,less adverse reaction,safe and feasible,can be used clinically.
