The Effect Of The Uterine Artery Blood Flow Combined Kidney-Tonifying And Blood-Activating Herbal Medicine In Treating Patients With Barrenness Of Ovulation Failure Diagnosed Deficiency Of Kidney And Bloodstasis Syndrome

Obiective:Explor the curative effect and mechanism combined kidney-tonifying and blood-activating herbal medicine(FUFANG QISHEN KELI) in treating patients with barrenness of ovulation failure diagnosed deficiency of kidney and blood-stasis syndrome. And explore one way to improve the uterine artery blood flow of patients with barrenness of ovulation failure diagnosed deficiency of kidney and blood stasis type,which can improve endometrial receptivity and the clinical effect.Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups randomly:the treated group (including 30 patients treated with traditional and Clomiphere Citrate) and the controlled group(including 30 patients treated with only Clomiphere Citrate).Compare the final curative effect by observating the ovum growth after the stimulation ovarian,the thickness of uterus,E2 level, the rate of pregnancy and the improvement from the whole body.Result:(1) There were more endo-metrial thickness in the treated group than controlled group.Uterine artery blood flow parameter(PI,RI)had been greatly improved,the difference between the two groups was significant(P＜0.05).(2) The symptoms and signs of treated group had been significantly improved after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.01).(3) Pregnancy rate,thickness of uterus, ovu-lation rates were significantly higher in treated group than controlled group(P＜0.05). Conclusion:kidney-tonifying and blood-activating herbal medicine(FUFANG QISHEN KELI) in treating patients with barrenness of ovulation failure diagnosed deficiency of kidney and bloodstasis syndrome can significiantly improve the uterine artery blood flow.The effective mechanism may be due to the fuction of Chinese herb medicine for tonifying kidney which can improve the level of reproductive endocrine,quality of oocytes and endometrial receptivity.The therapy comnined traditional Chinese medicine with Clom-iphere Ctrate on the infertility of ovalution dysfunction is a syn-thetical treatment.Because it can not only display the western medicine to press the ovulation fuction highly effective but also made up the wes-tern medicine correlation side effect.
