The Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome With Hyperuricemia By Tonifying Kidney And Activating Blood Formula

Objective:By observing the therapeutic effect of Tonifying kidney and activating blood formula on 44 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with hyperuricemia?PCOS-HUA?,to observe its clinical efficacy,to explore the effectiveness of Tonifying kidney and activating blood formula on PCOS-HUA and to analyze its mechanism,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:48 PCOS-HUA patients were collected who met the inclusion criteria of this subject which from the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018.By using the method of comparison itself before and after,they were treated with Tonifying kidney and activating blood formula orally.After three months of continuous treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,waist-hip ratio,acanthosis nigra syndrome and serum uric acid were compared before and after treatment.The changes of serum gonadal hormone levels,LH/FSH and E₂/T were also discussed.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Result:After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and acanthosis nigra were significantly decreased?P<0.01?.After treatment,the waist-hip ratio was significantly different from that before treatment?P<0.05?.The levels of SUA and LH/FSH changed significantly before and after treatment?P<0.05?.There was significant difference between the two groups?P<0.01?.The levels of LH,FSH,T,E₂ and E₂/T had statistical significance?P<0.05?.In the course of treatment,4 patients fell off and the remaining 44cases were cured in 5 cases,markedly effective in 17 cases,effective in 16cases and ineffective in 6 cases.The total effective rate was 86.36%.Conclusion:Tonifying kidney and activating blood formula has a definite therapeutic effect on PCOS-HUA patients.It can not only significantly change the values of SUA,FSH,LH,E₂,T,LH/FSH,E₂/T,but also improve the clinical symptoms,regulate menstrual cycle and menstrual chroma,improve the skin signs of acanthosis nigra and reduce the waist-hip ratio.It has no obvious side effects,and fully reflects the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PCOS-HUA.
