Community Health Education Of The Families Of The System Of The Influence Of Schizophrenia Curative Effect

Objective: To explore the family members of the community health educationsystem for the influence of schizophrenia curative effect.Methods: By the random number form, in the community of the registration of230patients discharged schizophrenia patients were divided into the research group andcontrol group, each115cases. Two groups of patients were regular antipsychoticmedication, family members of the research group of the families of the communitysystem accept health education. Into groups, one year later were assessed two groups ofpatients respectively by the personal and social performance scale(PSP), positivesymptoms and negative symptoms rating scale(PANSS) evaluation and comparison, andin two groups of patients after a year of a recurrence rate and readmission rates werecompared.Results: Into the group, the research group and control group the PSP、PANSSscore was no significant difference. one years later the PSP score of the research group(59.44±17.40) higher than those in the control group (48.78±19.89), with significantdifference (t=4.327,P<0.05);The research group PANSS total score (55.21±23.84) lowerthan those of the control group (64.06±29.83), with significant difference(t=-2.486,P<0.05);The recurrence rate12.17%(14example) of the research group lowerthan those of the control group38.26%(44example), with significant difference(X~2=20.75,P<0.05);The research group readmission rates9.57%(11example) lowerthan those of the control group25.22%(29example), with significant difference(X~2=9.805, P<0.05).Conclusion: Community health education to the family members of the system inschizophrenia symptoms improve, social function recovery and reduce the recurrencerate of the patients, and hospital admission rates.
