Health Education Research Of New Countryside Community Health Service Center

The 1978 World Health Organization(WHO)said: "health is not only the absence of disease or weak,but also the physical,mental health and social adaptation of the perfect state." Health education is the use of communication,education,and other means,the intervention of individual,group and community health related behavior,eliminate or reduce health risk factors,ensure the smooth development of the health work,maintenance,promote the health of the population.The concept of health promotion is more extensive than health education.There is no health promotion without health education.The report of the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of the 17 th Party Congress: health is the foundation of the comprehensive development of human.Health education and health promotion is one of the core functions of the government to fulfill the public health policy,and it is an important content of citizen quality education.Practice has proved that through health education and health promotion work,to promote people to voluntarily adopt a healthy lifestyle and behavior,can reduce the risk factors of disease,prevent disease,promote health.From the perspective of public policy,this paper compares the development history of health education and health promotion in China and abroad,from the main body,object,form,method and evaluation of health education.Through analysis of the current situation and problems of community health education and health promotion,health education and health promotion policies are summarized.I work for the Fengtai District City,Beijing village community health service center,Beijing city health insurance designated non-profit medical institutions.Since the establishment of the center,with the increase in business volume,residents' health education has gradually become the focus of.Central health education and health promotion work has been obvious,has been widely recognized by the community residents.However,there are still problems such as the dislocation of service concept,the lack of health orientation,insufficient attention to health education,the lack of resources of primary medical institutions and so on.In this paper,we combine the work of the center and domestic and international advanced experience from the macro and specific two aspects of community health education and health promotion policy recommendations to promote sustainable development,provide policy reference.
