objective The purpose of this study is on the preliminary discussion of drifting of Thl/Th2state and NK cell surface activating receptor NKG2Ds expression levels of peripheral blood and its clinical significance in patients with lung cancer in different stages and classification.Methods choosing64cases of untreated patients with lung cancer as experimental group and60cases of healthy persons as control group, we detect cytokines Thl (IL-2, IFN-y, TNF-a) and Th2cytokines (IL-4. IL-6and IL-10) in the peripheral blood of experimental group and control group in the CBA method and detect NKG2D content of NK cell surface in peripheral blood in the experimental group and control group. We analyse the differences of expression of all the indicators in the peripheral blood in lung cancer patients and controls.Results1.The levels of IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-10in the peripheral blood in patients with lung cancer are lower than the control groups (P<0.05), while the levels of IL-4, IL-6and TNF-α are higher than control groups (P<0.05), The level of NK cell surface activating receptor NKG2D is lower than the control group (P<0.05). The difference are statistically significant.2.The expression of IL-2、IFN-y in patients of III-IV stages are lower while IL-4, IL-6and TNF-α are higher than I-II stages(P<0.05). The level of NK cell surface activating receptor NKG2D is lower than the control group (P<0.05). The difference are statistically significant. 3.The expression of IFN-y in squamous carcinoma^adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma have statistical difference with pathological classification (F=3.993, P<0.024)4.The expression of TNF-α in male patients is higher than female (t=2.087, P <0.041)5. The expression of TNF-α in in patients with smoke is higher than no smoke (t=0.001, P=0.045)6.1n control group, IL-2and IL-4、IL-10、TNF-a express a positive correlation, In experimental group, IL-2and IL-4、IFN-γ、TNF-a express a positive correlation, IL-4and IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ、TNF-a express a positive correlation, IL-6and IL-10express a positive correlation, IFN-y and TNF-a express a positive correlation, The difference are statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion1.compared with control group, cytokines Thl expression of the patients with lung cancer peripheral blood is lower and the Th2cytokine and the expression of NKG2D in NK cell surface are higher, all that were associated with the stages of lung cancer;2. The imbalance of Thl/Th2ratio and NKG2D lowering lead to the imbalance of immune function in patients.With NK cells phagocytosis activity decreasing, lung cancer cells were in the immune escape, those were the important reasons of lung cancer development.3. Detections of the above indicators help to understand the patient’s immune function and provide clinical the basis of comprehensive treatment of tumor.
