Object: This study aims to observation the percentage of CD3~+CD4~+and CD3~+CD8~+T-cellsubsets, the expression of NKG2A and NKG2D on CD3~+CD4~+and CD3~+CD8~+T-cells inperipheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer, and to investigate the correlationbetween the level of expression and the different clinical factors, and to analyze the correlationbetween the level of expression and the immune escape of lung cancer tumor. Methods: The peripheral blood was from 34 patients with non-small cell lung cancer, which wasdivided into different groups for different clinical factors(TNM,pathological type, gender). Flowcytometry was used to determine the percentage of CD3~+CD4~+and CD3~+CD8~+T cells, and theexpression of NKG2A and NKG2D on CD3~+CD4~+and CD3~+CD8~+T-cells.Results: 1.Between the two groups divided for TNM, the percentage of CD3~+CD4~+T cells in theadvanced group was lower than the early group, but the percentage of CD3~+CD8~+T cells washigher(p<0.05).The expression of NKG2D on CD3~+CD4~+T cells in the advanced group(6.69±3.58%)was significantly higher than that in the early group(2.38±1.13%), the expression ofNKG2A on CD3~+CD4~+T cells in the advanced group(2.28±0.88%)was significantly lowerthan that in early group(5.46±2.09%), with significant statistically difference (p<0.01). Theexpression of NKG2D on CD3~+CD8~+T cells in the advanced group(90.57±2.49%)wassignificantly lower than that in the early group(93.51±3.19%), the expression of NKG2A onCD3~+CD4~+T cells in the advanced group(12.32±4.24%)was significantly higher than that inearly group(7.15±3.30%)(p<0.01).2.Between the two groups divided for pathological type, the percentage of different T-cells andthe expression of NKG2A and NKG2D on CD3~+CD4~+and CD3~+CD8~+T-cells was no statisticallydifference.3.The percentage of different T-cells and the expression of NKG2A and NKG2D on CD3~+CD4~+and CD3~+CD8~+T-cells was no statistically different between the two groups divided for gender. Conclusion: The change of the percentage of CD3~+CD4~+and CD3~+CD8~+T-cell subsets indifferent TNM stage of non-small cell lung cancer prompts the immune functions of theorganism appears inhibition in different level, the expression imbalance of NKG2D and NKG2Amay be associated with the poor prognosis and high degree of malignancy of advanced tumorpatients, may be related to tumor immune escape. The change of expression has certain correlation with the development of lung cancer.
