| Objective:Use the sixth Shanxi Province population census data, analysis the Shanxi Province population quantity、population structure、life expectancy and life expectancy influence factors in Shanxi Province.Reveal the population structure of Shanxi Province, and proclaim the life expectancy trend, in order to determine the key health work of Shanxi Province.Formulate population and birth control policy and th regulate the amount of population. Improve the Shanxi Province population life expectancy and resident’s health level. Provide the reference basis for health cause.Methods:(1)Literature research:Study the sixth Shanxi Province population census data、Shanxi Province economic development material、Shanxi Province health statistical yearbook data carefully. According to the purpose of research to study、comprehensive and analysis the datum.(2) Statistic analysis:Use descriptive statistics、correlation analysis、the system clustering analysis methods of SPSS16.0.Use WHO recommended JiangQing’s brief life table method and SAS13.0.Draw up2010population census brief life table of Shanxi Province.Results:(1) the sixth census data shows that the quantity population of Shanxi Province is35.7121million. The birth rate is9.68‰、the mortality is5.39.(2) In2010the birth population sex ratio of Shanxi Province is110.28,city is107.73,town is111.50,Village is110.79.Compared with2000,the birth population sex ratio declined, but it is still higher than normal value (103～107) range.(3) The population age structure present inverted pyramid shape. Population structure type become to standard old social formation. In2010coefficient of older ratio in Shanxi Province is7.58%, Coefficient of young people is17.10%, the ratio of Elderly population and young population is44.30%. Median age is34.56years old.Compared with the national datas; young children’s burden coefficient is higher than the national average level.Aging population burden coefficient and the total burden coefficient are lower than the national average.(4) In2010adult literacy rate of Shanxi Province is98.14%.Compared with2000rise3.91%.More than6years old Population’s Primary school education Each culture degree is23.28%, the junior middle school education is48.07%,the high school education is16.76%and the college education is9.29%, Population culture quality overall is low.In addition, city and town cultural degree is higher than the rural population, male’s education degree is higher than female’s.(5) The life expectancy is expected and female’s life expectancy is longer than male’s. In2010Shanxi Province life expectancy is77.07years old (male75.02years old, female79.39years old). The urban life expectancy is80.62years old(male78.58years old, female,82.95years old), town is77.70years old (male75.71years old, female79.96years old), the country is75.50years old (male73.39years old, female77.93years old).Compared with the data of the fifth population census the life expectancy is expected. In the geographical position, the central region population life expectancy (78.15years old) is higher than the south and north area population life expectancy (76.01years old,76.23years old); The social and economic situation in good areas life expectancy (82.30years old)is higher than the social and economic situation in poor areas (76.29years old); Health service development level in good areas life expectancy (82.30years old) is higher than the health service development level area (74.60years old);Female adult literacy rate of the life expectancy of adult literacy rate high areas (77.81years) is higher than Female adult literacy rate low areas(76.22). (6) Life expectancy influence factors:birth rate and aging population burden coefficient are the main factors to the life expectancy, Social economic situation、 health development level、geographic location and Female adult literacy are major non-biological factors influence life expectancy.Conclusion:Shanxi birth rate and mortality reduce, the population growth has slow, The total population sex ratio and sex ratio at birth population is decline,but it is still high.Aging population quantity increased,and the standard aging society formed; Population culture quality improvement, but the differences between urban and rural areas is evident. The overall population cultural level is still low; the life expectancy is expected and will continue to increase; Social economic leave, health service development level、the geographical position and the Female adult literacy are main non-biological factors to life expectancy. |
