Fukang Tied To Senile Vaginitis, Vaginal Microbial Modulator Role Of Experimental Research

Purpose:This thesis reports experimental research on the prepared medicine FUKANGSHUAN(FKS) which was used to treat senile vaginitis(SV).Observing influence of traditional Chinese medicine on microbial population in vagina,and other indices such as vaginal pH value,contents of sIgA and IL-1β.Approaching the mechanism action of FKS in improving the state of dysbacteria and lower local mucous membrane immunity,in order to offer scientific proof for guiding clinic medication.Methods:We employed the patients who corresponded the internalizing standardization which accords to internal and external standardization of SV.Giving FKS or blank suppository to each group for 7 days separately.At the same time, collecting and detecting vaginal douche with isolating culture methods to isolate bacterium and mycetes.Detecting LD activity,sIgA and IL-1βcontents with specified methods.Comparing value of every detecting indices PA dosage,getting result by t analysis in SPSS13.0 statistical method and discussing it.Results:Vaginal microbial population detection concludes that the quantum of Lactobacillus(CFU value) increased obviously,having statistics difference(P＜0.01). The quantum of Bactericides frailties increased,having statistics difference either (P＜0.01).The quantum of Staphylococcus and Escherichia decreased,having no significant difference(P＞0.05).The quantum of nutritional requirement bacterium increased,comparing with therapeutic group of prior treatment,having no significant difference(P＞0.05).It has significant difference comparing with control group of post-treatment(P＜0.01).At the same time,other detecting indices referred that the pH value of therapeutic group descending,having statistics difference(P＜0.01).The content of sIgA increasing obviously,having statistics difference(P＜0.01),and so did LD.The content of IL-1βdecreased,it has significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The finding hints that FKS can increase the quantum of vaginal Lactobaeillus and Bactericides frailties,decrease the quantum of vaginal Staphylococcus and Escherichia,regulate the vaginal dysbacteria.It can degrade pH value and increase the activity LD to improve acor-environment in vagina,increase the content of sIgA to improve local vaginal immunity,decrease the content of IL-1βto remove vaginal infection.According to the conclusion,it prompts that FKS can treat SV by nurturing Lactobacillus in vagina,hold-back increasing of pathogenic bacterium and improve local vaginal immunity probably.
