Continuing Education Program Research After On-the-job Training For Community Nurses

Objective:To understand the situation and needs of community nurses to continue education,develop in line with the actual needs of the community nurses continue education program,in order to provide reference for community nurses education.Method:①Questionnaire:A total of263community nurses in11districts of Zhejiang Province conducted a questionnaire survey,to understand the continuing education status and needs.②Delphi method:Based on the analysis of literature review and investigation,the initial formation of community nurses in continuing education programs,using the Delphi method to inquire12experts in related fields.Results:Survey of the community nurses in tertiary education and primary title,have great difference on the continuing education of learning time,learning form,expenditures needs, the reality of the situation and different needs of learning content,work is the most important factor;In the investigation foundation,combined with expert consultation,formulated the "job training for community nurses to continue education program",including the guiding ideology,target,object,form,contents and teaching methods,organization and management,certificate issued,safeguard measures eight aspects,in order to promote the community nurses training continuing education.Conclusion:Community nurses continuing education should be planned,in order to gradually carry out and scientific management. Construction of community nurses after continuing education program provides the basis and reference for the community nurses continuing education.
