Objectives:①T o investigate the knowledge、attitude regarding to anesthetic riskamong nurses in surgery department from general hospitals.②T o analyze and explore the factors that influent the anesthetic risk.③T o explore the safety influence and hidden trouble of anesthetic riskmanagement from third-grade class-Shandong province hospitals, proposeeffective management strategy, which will make it more convenient andaccurate that assessment of the risks of anesthesia, to provide referencefor anesthetic risk management. Methods:A self-administered questionnaire was made to investigate the anestheticrisk perception among nurses in surgery department. With the method ofconvenience sampling,500clinical surgery department nurses of6third-grade class-Shandong province hospitals from Taian,Jinan, Jining.459questionnaires were fully completed. The descriptive statistics、 one-wayanalysis of variance、multiple stepwise regression analysis were used toanalysis the condition of the Related knowledge、attitude status and thefactors that influent the anesthetic risk.Results:①The average score of the459clinical surgery departmentnurses’knowledge on the anesthetic risk perception was21.8±4.5points,159of respondents had higher level,227had moderate level,73had lower level.②There were statistically significant relationship between clinicalnurses’score of knowledge on the anesthetic risk perception and sex、age、education level、hospital grade、nursing age、department、whether providedtraining to Anesthesia related knowledge(all P<0.05).Meanwhile age、 department Separately had the stronger influence on the score(SeparatelyBeta:0.223、0.089).③The average score of the459clinical surgery departmentnurses’knowledge on the factors that influent the anesthetic risk was60.78±5.24points,400of respondents had higher level,58had moderatelevel,1had lower level.④There were statistically significant relationship between clinicalnurses’score of knowledge on the factors that influent the anesthetic risk andage、hospital grade、nursing age (all P<0.05). Take Multiple StepwiseRegression Analysis by the score of factors that influent the anesthetic risk asdependent variables, sex、age、education level、hospital grade、nursing age、department、whether provided training to Anesthesia related knowledge asindependent variables. There are1variables of the equation finally, such aseducation level.Conclusions:①The clinical surgery department nurses’knowledge on the anestheticrisk perception was on moderate level, while still need to improve; sex、age、 education level、hospital grade、nursing age、department、whether providedtraining to Anesthesia related knowledge were the factors influencingnurses’score of knowledge on the anesthetic risk perception, then age、department was the strongest influential factor.②In the factors perception that influent the anesthetic risk, The clinicalsurgery department nurses’knowledge on the hospital management system, the communicational abilities between the patients and the nurses was on thelower level, while still need to strengthen this area of risk awareness.③The clinical surgery department nurses’knowledge on the anestheticrisk factors was on a high level, then age、hospital grade、nursing age relatedto the level of the anesthetic risk factors. The comprehensive perception of theanesthetic risk factors are elder age group、high hospital grade、longer nursingage.④G enerally speaking,.The clinical surgery department nurses’attitudetowards the anesthetic risk perception was inclined to positive, However, inthe prevention of risk-taking measures in a passive state. The risk ofanesthesia-related training is too small. Suggest the hospital administrators should establish an effective Risk Early Warning System, draw lessonsfrom the foreign experience, improve risk management; NursingAdministrators should pay attention to risk management, improve riskeducation system, improve risk education, training, care workers so that theformation of risk awareness.
