The Clinical Research Of Jiawei Taohong Siwu Decoction Treat The Hand-foot Syndrome After The Chemo Of Capecitabine The Type Of Blood Deficiency And Stasis

Objective:Treat the hand-foot syndrome of the type of blood deficiency and stasis with the Jiawei taohong siwu decoction,which caused by the chemo of single capecitabine or combined with capecitabine, to investigate therapy method for hand-foot syndrome,provide referential methods, means and ways.Substance:Observe the effect of the hand-foot syndrome of the type of blood deficiency and stasis treated by the Jiawei taohong siwu decoction, compare the clinical symptoms before and after the treatment,record the details of the grade changes of scalable quantization,quality of life, symptom and signs rating scale of TCM.To evaluate the clinical effect of the hand-foot syndrome of the type of blood deficiency and stasis treated by the Jiawei taohong siwu decoction.Method:According to the random number table, and into cases standard,60cases randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group has30cases. Evaluate the changes of hand-foot syndrome,quality of life, symptom and signs rating scale of TCM,and statistical analysis.Results:(1)Effect of HFS treatment:compare the two groups’symptoms of the erythema edema, dryness and desquamotion,searing itching,after the treatment,the treatment group is better than the other, it has statistics significance(P<0.05).(2)Compare the changes of KPS: the treatment group is better than the other, it has statistics significance(P<0.05).(3)Compare the syndromes of TCM, the treatment group is better than the other, it has statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The result of this research shows, treat the HFS of the type of blood deficiency and stasis with the Jiawei taohong siwu decoction.which caused by the chemo of capecitabine, could improve the symptoms of HFS, increase the quality of life, improve the clinical symptoms of the patients’. The decoction’s treatment could help the usage of capecitabine’s enough and course,it could reduce the side effect of capecitabine, help the patients from psychological recognition, has clinical benefits.
