Objective:Observed Taohongsiwu decoction on the recovery of patella fracture to improve pain, swelling, limited range of motion after operation,further to verify Taohongsiwu decoction to the application and promotion of early fracture.Methods:Information:A total of60cases with patella fracture that were randomly divided in two groups,namely treatment group and control group.Surgical treatment:These two groups both in continuous epidural anesthesia did surgical treatment,using open reduction and kirschner wire+tension band wire fixation. After the surgery3days,using X-ray checks whether internal fixation were firmly implant,we can see whether there are the obvious growht of bones.According to the actual situation,we can use CPM for the functional training. Methods:physical activities started from30degrees. Increase10degrees each day.Gradually increased to maximum angle.CPM devices should be used daily for at least four hours.Every weekly reviewed X-rays to observe the location of the bone fracture.Treatment group use the prescription is:angelica15g、rehmannia15g、red paeony10g、wallichii8g、peach kernel9g、Safflower6g.Adding water flooding over the chinese medicine,boiled and extracted the soup.Daily uses a traditional Chinese medicine and twice a day.Results:Contrast treatment group and control treatment,there exist prominent differences from the knee pain after3、7days after operation (P<0.05).Then there esist differences from swelling after3、7days after operation (P<0.05).After4、8weeks,by means of contrasting treatment group and control treatment,there exist the differences in the function (P<0.05)Conclusion:There exists prominent effects on the recovery of Function after the postoperation of patella fracture,alleviating the pain and promoting Function exercise.Comprehensive effect and long-dated effect both are better than pute remedy Of western medicine. Above all,taohong siwu decoction is a effective therapy to prevent and control the dysfunction from the postoperation of patella fracture.
