Clinical Study On Prevention Of Lower Limb DVT After Hip Arthroplasty With Taohong Siwu Decoction And

Purpose:To observe the total hip arthroplasty postoperative blood rheology,blood two D-dimer level, two items of blood coagulation (PT, APTT) changes andtotal drainage volume, to study the curative effect of Taohong Siwu DecoctionHeli of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs of Shaaban prevention after totalhip arthroplasty.Material and method：from2012March to2013December, total hip replacementfrom Department of orthopedics Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine, minimally invasive orthopedics and Shenyang CityDepartment of orthopedics of hospital patients as the research object,58cases.Using randomized controlled methods, randomly divided into the treatment groupand control group, each29cases, operation method and postoperative treatmentof the same. Treatment group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction Heli cuttingRivaroxaban treatment,12hours after the operation began to use Taohong SiwuDecoction, one dose daily, sooner or later each time oral, Shuijianbi,10consecutive days; and of Rivaroxaban10mg, oral, once a day, for10consecutivedays. The control group was given alone and cutting Rivaroxaban treatment, thesame time. To observe the incision total drainage volume were detected beforeand after treatment, blood rheology, D-two dimers, two items of bloodcoagulation (PT, APTT) and other indicators, the number of cases of DVTstatistics, And statistical analysis (SPSS17.0software) measurement data totest of normal distribution and homogeneity of variance test, if the test resultsaccord with normal distribution and homogeneity of variance, then the next stepfor t testing, or for the rank sum test, the mean±standard deviation (X—±S) representation, comparison the value of P. Count data using chi square test,P value, P<0.05said there is difference in statistics.Results:1the two groups before operation, blood rheology, D-dimers, two itemsof blood coagulation (PT, APTT) were compared, no significant difference.(P>0.05); tenth days after operation, of Hemorheology in treatment group, theD-dimer index compared with the control group, significant difference (P<0.05);the treatment group of two items of blood coagulation (PT, APTT) compared withthe control group, no significant difference (P>0.05).2, after first days, sixth days, tenth days, blood rheology, D-dimers, two itemsof blood coagulation (PT, APTT) index, respectively before and after treatmentwith the comparison group, treatment group and control group were significantlydifferent (P<0.05).3, the total volume of drainage, the treatment group compared with the controlgroup, no statistical difference (P>0.05).4, two groups of DVT incidence were compared statistically difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: Taohong Siwu Decoction of lower extremity deep Heli Rivaroxabanand only use of Rivaroxaban were able to prevent hip replacement after venousthrombosis, wherein, Taohong Siwu Decoction Heli cutting effect is better thanthe single use of Rivaroxaban.
