Research On The Clinical Effect Of Allergic Rhinitis With The Treatment Of Acupuncture

Objective: through clinical research, a comprehensive evaluation of acupuncture inthe treatment of allergic rhinitis effect, objective evaluation the clinical efficacy ofacupuncture to improve AR symptoms and signs.Methods:50cases of special intrinsic quality of patients with allergic rhinitis,acupuncture treatment, the main point select Ying-xiang, Yin-Tang, a star point,valley point; Match point acupoint selection: Qi Deficiency card to take the throttle,the wind pool, kidney Yang deficiency syndrome take Shenshu, too River, temperweak card take the spleenshu and Feishu, lung Meridian volt heat syndrome increaseDazhui Chize hole, after acupuncture gas, reinforcing-reducing needle for30minutes, three times a week,a total of10treatments before acupuncture, acupuncturecorresponding symptoms and signs score, and application SPSS17.0pair of data forstatistical analysis.Results: the overall curative effect after acupuncture for15cases (30.0%) weremarkedly effective, effective27cases (54.0%),8cases (16.0%), the total effectiverate was84.0%. The results showed that gender, age, inducing factors, disease,syndrome and physical differences in types of acupuncture curative effect is nostatistical significance (p>0.05); Duration, high protein diet and high fat diet, thedifferences between the living environment of acupuncture curative effect wasstatistically significant (p <0.05). After acupuncture therapy, the signs andsymptoms score were significantly decreased (p <0.05), among them a sneeze best,improve the effective rate was90.9%; The symptoms of runny nose effective ratewas83.6%; The symptoms of nasal congestion effective rate was82.5%; Nasalitching symptoms improved relatively poor, the effective rate was81.2%.Conclusion: 1. Acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients withallergic rhinitis, sneezing symptoms improve best.2. The clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis andduration, high fat diet, high protein diet, living environment have correlation.
