LISS Steel Plate Upside Down With Asian Femur Proximal Nail Anti Rotation Intramedullary Type PFNA Treatment Of Elderly Unstable Intertrochanteric Fracture Analysis Of The Curative Effect

Objective: To analyse LISS steel plate upside down with Asian femur proximal nailanti rotation intramedullary PFNA treatment old age not stable femoral intertrochantericfracture curative effect. To explore the operation method in the treatment of unstableintertrochanteric fractures in the differences, which provides the theoretical basis tobetter guide clinical work.Methods: Retrospective analysis during July2009to January2012in ourdepartment to accept LISS steel plate upside down with Asian fixed PFNA treatmentwith a follow-up type30cases of elderly unstable intertrochanteric fractures in patientswith data,15cases were male,15cases were female, aged52to68years old, averageage (59.4+11.3). According to AO classification: A1.3type4cases, A2.2type12cases,9cases of A2.3, A3.1type in5cases.18cases using LISS steel plate inversion fixed(LISS steel plate inversion group),12cases with Asian PFNA fixed (Asian) PFNA group,compared two groups of patients with incision length, operation time, surgical blood lossand fractures of the clinical healing time, postoperative function Harris hip score, andsurgical complications. Application SPSS17.0statistical software, measuring data with+/-s, according to patients’ age, injury to operating time, incision length, operative time,surgical bleeding and clinical fracture healing time between the two groups comparedusing independent sample t test to compare; AO classification in patients with twogroups, according to comparing with x2test, curative effect, the postoperativecomplications, exact probability method is used to compare, P <0.05think differencewas statistically significant. Results: LISS steel plate inversion group and Asian PFNA group incision length(6.8+/-1.7), respectively (5.5+1.1) cm, surgery time, respectively (115.5+/-18.3),(90.4+24.1) min, surgical blood loss, respectively (540.7+/-20.4),(445.4-)17.6ml,bone fracture clinical healing time (10.8+/-2.4), respectively (12.5+1.8) for weeks,the above indexes in the two groups compare: LISS steel plate inversion group ofpatients with incision length than Asian PFNA group leader, the operation is more AsianPFNA group leader, surgical blood loss from Asian PFNA group, more clinical fracturehealing time than Asian short PFNA group, difference has statistical significance (P <0.05).18patients received postoperative LISS inversion group6~15months (average10.8months) follow-up, Asian PFNA group12patients received postoperative5~18months (average11.5months) follow-up. Function by Harris hip score standardevaluation: LISS steel plate inversion group of10cases,6cases, and1case,1case, was88.9%; Asian PFNA group8cases,3cases,1case,0cases, the difference was91.7%,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), Asian PFNA group is better thanthat of LISS steel plate upside down, the surgery complications in two groups has nostatistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion: through the comparison of two groups of the control group: theincision length, operation time, blood loss, postoperative complications and surgery twogroups was statistically significant difference (P <0.05), Asian PFNA group is betterthan that of the horse LISS steel plate; Is fracture clinical healing time is slightly shorterthan the former for the latter. Postoperative function Harris hip score of the two was91.7%and88.9%, respectively; All in all, in the treatment of elderly unstableintertrochanteric fractures in aspects of Asian PFNA LISS steel plate fixation, internalfixation is superior to inversion type is the treatment of elderly unstable intertrochantericfractures of one of the effective methods.
