Clinical Research Of LISS Plate For Treatment Of Proximal Tibial Fractures

Objeetive:To provide scientific evidence for the clinical application of the treatment of posterior tibial fractures by using LISS plate.Method: Collected from Shandong Chinese medicine hospital orthopedic ward in the treatment of tibial proximal fractures and complete clinical data of 30 cases, 20 males, 10 females, respectively, accounted for 66.7% and 33.3%, the male to female ratio 2:1. Age distribution: between 18 to 70 years old, which fall injury in 10 cases, traffic accident in 16 cases, crushing injury in 4 cases. According to AO type: 41A1 type in 10 cases, 41A3 type in 5 cases, 41C1 type in 9 cases, 41C2 in 6 cases, operated on using LISS plate for the treatment, regular follow-up patient.Result: No complications and infection were found in the follow-up of 6~12 months. After operation except one case had delayed healing. The remaining 29 cases 4 weeks appear callus. There was no fracture displacement, loosening of internal fixation, etc., lower limb function in postoperative 3 ~ 4 month better, the loading time for 12 to 24 weeks.Conelusion: LISS plate treatment is minimally invasive and on protecting the blood supply is good, operation time shorter, and significantly improve the postoperative functional exercise for patients with earlier, faster recovery the chances of infection are small good advantages, the use of closed reduction can obtain good lines of force, after operation is not easy to appear soft tissue complications. The function of knee joint recovered well.
