Chinese institutions of community health service in city is is important inprimary health service, it play a role in health development to support basic medicalservices and public health service. Public health service have a relationship withhealth state of people, because of its important position, we should carry out it as afocus of the work. service and management mechanism of community public healthservices is related to the process of the service content and the final output of health,this research focus on the study of city community health service system and themanagement practice of the experience, we hope that we should put advise onservice and management through the service package design.the results of this studylie in theoretical foundation at first, presented the public product theory, health servicedemand theory and customer oriented theory is the foundation of further optimizationof the current public health service system and the management practice. we describesthe public health service package design, combined with the practice of differentresearchers and managers in the management about the management and servicemechanism, put forward the strengthen role of the government in the service,resourceoptimization, coordination mechanism and performance evaluation mechanism.according to the public health service in the main body function positioning promotemanagement system should result in a better output in community public healthservice.
