In the development of the medical industry, Mobile health presents importantpotential value because of its great convenience. However, as an emerginginformation technology, it will often encounter a lot of factors in the process ofusers’ acceptence. The exploration of the influence factors of users’ adoptionintention in mobile health service, can expand information technology adoptionbehavior theory to the mobile health service domain in theoretic, also promote theacceptence of mobile health service in fact. In the process of users’ acceptence onmobile health service, age differences is very important. In order to understandthese age differences, comparative analys is on different age level is very important.This paper researches the the influence factors of users’ adoption intention inmobile health service and the age differences in these influences, we use structuralequation model and empirical research methods in this study. Firstly, we analys isthe influence factors of users’ adoption intention from the perspective ofparticipants, then we propose the main structural equation model of this study basedon the basic model, and build two kinds of hypotheses: significant hypothesis anddifference hypothesis. Then,we use the collected data to verify the model, andfinally draw the conclusion of this paper.Following are the conclusions of this study: perceived usefulness andperceived ease of use have significant influence on adoption intention, besides this,social norms,outcome quality, resistance to change and technology anxiety alsosignificantly affect user adoption intention through different ways; Further more,there was significant difference in young people and the older on these effects, asthe following three aspects:(1) in the various effects on users’ adoption intention,young people focus more on the impact of social factors, and the older focus moreon perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.(2) in the various effects on theusers perceived usefulness, young people focus more on technical service factors,and the older focus more on social factors and individual factors.(3the bias effecton the positive factors from the negative factors, will generally improvesignificantly with the growth of age.
