An Empirical Study Of E-health Cards Adoption Intention:Citizen's Perspective

[Purpose] The purpose of this paper is to understand the influencing factors of citizen's adoption intention of E-health cards to obtain a comprehensive E-health cards adoption intention analysis framework in citizen's perspective,broaden the application scope of technology adoption theory,and lay a theoretical foundation for future research.And to understand the changes in the demand for medical health services in the information age,and find out the specific problems in the application of E-health Cards,and provide reference for the National Health Commission of People's Republic of China to develop an E-health Cards promotion strategys.[Methods] First,on the basis of theoretical studies,from the environmental,technical and individual perspectives,with a mufti-dimensional adoption intention,this study constructs a model for citizen adoption of E-health cards services in China.Questionnaires were distributed through the Internet to survey citizen's adoption Intention of E-health Cards,and a total of 272 valid questionnaires were collected.The questionnaire data were statistically summarized by Excel;the statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS 19.0,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were verified by the method of reliability and validity test;Descriptive statistical analysis is used to understand the basic situation of the respondents,including gender,age,education level,etc.;whether the relationship between individual characteristics and willingness to adopt is verified by analysis of variance;the antecedent variables and The correlation between perceived usefulness and willingness to adopt is further verified by multiple regression analysis.[Results] According to the results of analysis of variance,age,education level and experience of use have a significant impact on the adoption intention.Young and middle-aged people show higher intention to adopt electronic health cards.The higher the level of education,the higher intention to adopt.Users with mobile phone experience will have a higher intention to adopt E-health cards.Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to test the influence of the antecedent variables in the model on the intention to adopt.The test results showed that perceived usefulness,social impact and compatibility positively affected the user's adoption intention,and the correlation coefficient of perceived usefulness.The correlation coefficient of perceived usefulness is 0.705,which is the most significant factor affecting the adoption intention.The assumption that convenience conditions and perceived trust have a significant positive impact on willingness to adopt is not supported.Perceived ease of use,privacy protection,and perceived security positively affect perceived usefulness.Perceived ease of use by affecting the perceived usefulness of the electronic health card will of the people to adopt an indirect effect.[Conclusions] With the continuous advancement of "Internet plus health",Connected Health care is becoming more and more popular,and the development prospect of lectronic E-health card is considerable.However,due to the low awareness of the electronic health card itself and the influence of residents on its one-sidedness,the electronic health card has not been well promoted.Therefore,based on this empirical study,the following countermeasures are proposed to provide reference for the popularization and application of E-health cards:(1)Accelerate the implementation of the application of electronic health card popularization,improve system construction and policy support;(2)To improve privacy protection and security systems,reduce residents' information risks;(3)To upgrade electronic health card applications,deepen "Internet plus health" will serve the people and benefit the people;(4)Strengthen multi-channel public opinion to promote electronic health cards and create a good social atmosphere;(5)Strengthen the construction of talent teams and provide technical and management talents for the construction of electronic health cards.
