Research On Landscape Construction Based On The Function And Industrial Development Needs Of Central Towns

In recent years, with the continuous progress of urbanization process, attention gradually inclined to the status and role of central towns in the process of urbanization. Governments around the country have worked out the development strategy of central towns, and actively promoted the construction of central towns. Developing central towns into small cities, is a necessary prerequisite for the coordinated development of large cities and small towns, accelerated the strategic measures of speeding up new urbanization, is an important carrier of coordinating urban and rural development, and promoting the integration of urban and rural areas.Zhejiang Province has a better economic base and great importance (leaders attached). So it laid a stone base on the landscape construction of central towns. In this thesis, the paper took Fotang town of Yiwu city for the research object. We conducted spot checks and studied its functions, development of industry and landscape. It analyzed the landscape construction of whole town with the help of existing information, coupled with the actual content of the survey analysis, the main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1) In this article, the theoretical study of foreign central towns (small towns) and their landscape construction development were analyzed. What is more, research on the function of domestic central towns (small towns), industrial development and landscape construction were described with narrative and a comprehensive analysis. Also it summed up the constructing experience of domestic central towns (small towns) is worth learning, analyzed the landscape features of domestic central towns (small towns) as well as its current problems, And proposed how to solve these problems corresponding measures.(2) Fotang town of Yiwu city is a central town with multifunction and multi-industry, a one with industrial function, cultural function, tourism and business function, residential function. The landscape layout of Fotang town and landscape construction of the four functional areas were focus analyzed and summarized, For the unique natural, social, economic, functional, industrial and other conditions in Fotang town of Yiwu city, it summarized that which kind of landscape construction Fotang town needed.(3) By the existing landscape survey of Fotang town, the author summed up how to choose the garden plants of the entire town and how to configure communities. On this basis, the landscape development advantages and motion of Fotang town were analyzed, as well as the main problems during the construction, Suggestions and measures on landscape construction in similar central towns were proposed in the future.
