Since 2016,a series of documents about the cultivation of characteristic towns have been published from national to local,and a large number of characteristic towns have sprung up quietly in China.The cultivation of characteristic towns is an innovative comprehensive economic model in China's new rural construction of roads,and It is also an important measure to promote the regional economic transformation and upgrading and implement the integrity of urban and rural communications and the construction of new rural areas to achieve urbanization in our country.and It is of great significance for our country to realize urbanization,modernization and sustainable development of social economy.With the development of the overall economic situation of the country and the driving of the "One Belt and One Road" initiative,the demand for fishery products at home and abroad is daily on the increase,and the development of marine fisheries in China has also encountered new opportunities.But on the other hand,the marine fishery resources are seriously degraded,and the fishery system supported by fishing and aquaculture is also facing unprecedented challenges.As the largest fishery production in Liaoning Province,Zuanghe actively promote the construction of towns with fishery characteristics and strive to organically integrate the development of fisheries industry with the construction of characteristic towns so that realize the transformation and upgrading of fisheries,and break through the bottleneck of fisheries development and maintain marine ecological balance and achieve sustainable development of fisheries.The article is based on the research of the construction theory of small towns with characteristics at Home and abroad and the analysis of the practical experience in the construction of small towns with characteristics at Home and abroad.Wangjiazhen,a typical representative of Zhuanghe fisher town is taken as the research object to analyzes the location,industry and other advantages in the zhuanghe,and the paper comprehensively interprets the present situation of the construction of the small-scale fishery features and the problems existing in the construction,so as to sum up the development path of the small town suitable for the Zhuang River,and put forward the policy guidence,scientific planning,deep-digging resource,outstanding characteristics,industry integration,function superposition,perfect facilities,introduction of talents,positive publicity,brand-building,fund guarantee,innovative financing and other countermeasures.
