| Objective of this study is to explore the effect of Semen Vaccariae extractfeed additive on cows blood biochemical indicators and humoral immune indicators,serum hormone indicators, milk yield, relevant indicators of milk composition usingSemen Vaccariae extract as the dominant through the cows feeding trials. According to the drug dosage, the32head of cows weredivided into4groups randomly: the first group (as control group, add0g/d·head), thesecond group (as the low dose group,5.7g/d·head), the third group (as the middledose group,19g/d·head), the fourth group (for high dose group,38g/d· head),feeding cows for30d. The results showed that:1ã€Compared with the control group, there was different degrees of increase inmilk yield for each experimental group. Compared with the control group,there was arising trend on in milk yield of the experimental group with low,But the differenceswere not significant (P>0.05); The milk yield of the experimental group with lowdose increased by3.53%(p>0.05),5.08%(p>0.05)respectively at22d,30dï¼›The milk yield of the experimental group with middle dose increased by8.44%(p﹤0.05)ã€13.95%(p﹤0.01)respectively at22d,30d; The milk yield of the experimentalgroup with high dose increased by7.14%(p﹤0.05)ã€11.30%(p﹤0.05)respectivelyat22d,30d.2ã€Compared with the control group, as the test time going, the lactose content ofeach group increased without significant difference (pï¹¥0.05). The lactose content ofthe experimental group with low dose group increased by0.6%and2.7%respectivelyat22d,30d; The lactose content of the experimental group with middle dose grouplactose content increased by1.9%and0.6%respectively at22d,30d; The lactosecontent of the experimental group with high dose increased by1.7%and1.3%respectively at22d,30d.
