| The study was designed to evaluate the effect of liquid acids in water on the production performance,immunity,blood biochemical,and gastrointestinal function of broilers.A total of 17200 1-day-old Arbor Acres(AA)were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 4300 chickens in each treatment(control,ACⅠgroups,ACⅠ+essential oil groups and ACⅡ groups),the study lasted for 42 days.The results shown as follows:(1)For performance acidizing treatment of broiler drinking water could effectively improve survival rate,reduce the feed intake-to-weight gain ratio,promote growth rate and increase water consumption.Compared with the control group,the relative weight gain was increased by 4%,4% and 8%separately in ACⅠ,ACⅡ,and ACⅠ+essential oil groups.The addition of composite liquid acidifier in the drinking water could reduce the number of Enterobacteria and mould in the water quality in advance,and reduce the infection of pathogenic microorganisms in the water.(2)For immune function,age of 21 days,compared with the control group,all the acid groups significantly reduced the IL-1 and IL-6 content in serum of broilers,ACⅠ increased IL-10,Ig A and Ig G contents(P<0.05).Age of 42 days,ACⅠ+essential oil and ACⅡ groups significantly increased the immune organ index of broilers;ACⅠ and ACⅠ+essential oil significantly decreased serum IL-6 content in broilers,ACⅠ+essential oil and ACⅡ significantly increased the Ig A and Ig M contents(P<0.05).(3)For serum biochemistry,age of 21 days,compared with the control group,ACⅠ and ACⅡ significantly increased the ratio of albumin to globulin in blood of broilers(P<0.05),ACⅡ significantly reduced ALT activity(P<0.05).Age of 42 days,ACⅠ significantly reduced serum ALT and γ-GT activity,and UA concentration in the serum of broilers(P<0.05);ACⅠ+essential oil significantly reduced the content of ALT,TC,UA and LDL-C,significantly increased GLU concentration and T-AOC(P<0.05);ACⅡ significantly reduced the contents of ALT,TC,TG,LDL-C and MDA,and increased FFA concentration and T-AOC(P<0.05).(4)For gastrointestinal function,compared with the control group,ACⅠ+essential oil significantly decreased the p H value of gizzard and crop of 42 days old broilers,ACⅡsignificantly reduced the p H value of proventriculus and gizzard(P<0.05);All the groups had no significant effect on the intestinal length,bacterial enteritis score,villus height,crypt depth,villus height to crypt depth ratio,contents of acetic acid,propionic acid,isobutyric acid,butyric acid,isovaleric acid,valeric acid and the total volatile fatty acids(P>0.05).ACⅠ and ACⅠ+essential oil significantly reduced the number of Escherichia coli(P<0.05),ACⅡ significantly reduced the number of Salmonella(P<0.05),all acid additive groups significantly increase the number of Lactobacillus compared to control groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding ACⅠ increases body weight,immunity,and liver function,lipid anabolism,and glycometabolism.Adding essential oil in ACⅠ not only has ACⅠ function,but also improves gastrointestinal function.Therefore,the addition of compound liquid acidifier can improve the performance of broilers,immunity,and gastrointestinal function,and can also improve the serum lipid metabolism and antioxidant function to some extent,promote healthy and rapid production of broiler,improve production efficiency,provide a reference for the demand for reasonable retrieval programs,with “retrieval,defense”significance. |
