The objects of this study were120Xinjiang goat breeds. The microsatellite markertechnology was applied to detect genetic diversity at four microsatellite marker(BM6506,BMS1788, MCM38, BMS1248) in Xinjiang goat breeds. The correlation between genetic markerand production traits were analyzed using general linear model(GLM). This study will be designedto provide experimental basis for the early selection of xinjiang goat breeds and marker assistedselection (MAS).The results were as follows:1.The genetic polymorphism analysis of the selected microsatellite markers in Xinjiang goats:According to the analysis about four microsatellite markers of Xinjiang goat, the results showedthat in four microsatellite markers detected27alleles and average allelic number was6.75. Theallele number of four microsatellite markers are more than four, can be used to analyze geneticdiversity in xinjiang goat..The average effective number of alleles is5.1795. The average heterozygosis is0.8039.Theaverage pure heterozygosis is0.1961. The average polymorphism information content is0.7741.This result showed that genetic variation was higher, genetic polymorphism was plentiful. Thesemicrosatellite loci could be used to analyze the correlation between microsatellite markerpolymorphism and productive traits in Xinjiang goat population.2. The correlation between genotypes and productive traits of xinjiang goat populations wasanalyzed, the results indicated thatIn cashmere fineness traits, the genotypes CF and EG of BMS1788was higher than genotypeAE (P<0.05), BMS1788were regard as genetic marker of xinjing goat cashmere fineness traitschoice.In cashmere length traits, the genotype AB of BM6506was higher than genotypes BB、BD andAA (P<0.05), the genotype CF of BMS1788was higher than genotypes AD and DE (P<0.05), thegenotype AB of MCM38was higher than other genotypes (P<0.05), the genotype BD ofBMS1248was higher than genotype BG (P<0.05),BM650, BMS1788, MCM38, BMS1248wereregard as genetic marker of xinjing goat cashmere length traits choice.In the rate of cashmere traits, the genotype AC of BM6506was higher than genotypes BB andAA (P<0.05), the genotypes AC and CF of MCM38was higher than genotype CG (P<0.05),BM650, MCM38were regard as genetic marker of xinjing goat the rate of cashmere traits choice.
